Shame when Cubelic is praising Heupel more than half our fan base right now. Thank you for being honest in your assessment Cole that was beautifully put about what the problem for Tennessee actually is versus what the collective band wagon jumping trolls believe is going on. Go Vols! Go Coach Heup! Best coach we have had as a person in many decades
GBO🧡
Cause that’s his job 🤣. He’s no coach from the couch
Lmao. You think fans should be praised ahead of the head coach more often? Lmao. You are delusional and shit ass backwards buddy😂😂😂😂What world are you living in?!
two favorite NCAAF bald dudes choppin it up
These are the two best analyists in the game.
What worries me as a Bama fan is that if Tennessee is going to pick any game to figure things out on offense, its going to be against us, because quarterbacks having breakout performances against Alabama is tradition at this point I'm pretty sure
That's how we feel about florida, they take a 2 star to a heisman every year for one game only I swear
Worse, is that they seemed to figure out how to offense in the bottom of the 3rd last game. It feels like unfortunate timing for you guys.
Also, it's a strange thing for me, and A&M guy, to be comiserating with a Bama fan. You guys have had a remarkable 15 years, whatever happens next.
@@josepetersen7112 cheers, Aggies I've spoken with have always been good people. We're entering strange uncharted CFB territory. I honestly am just happy we got to enjoy Saban and now I'm just along for the ride. Good luck down the stretch!
@@Mavyn316 Good luck to you guys too
Piss running into yalls boots
Opponents of the Vols have had a total of six penalties called against them over the past 14 quarters of play… talk about that.
Yes, thank you!
Unless I’ve been lied to (social media does that sometimes) Tennessee has currently went 40 full quarters, 10 games in a row without 1 holding penalty called on the opposing team they’re playing.. And Tennessee has had James Pearce for all these games on top of at least 3 or 4 more nfl guys, just James Pearce is a potential top 5 draft pick and he’s not drawing holds?? I’m not making excuses, Tennessee has played terrible but yeah it’s fishy
more specific..... opponents offensive lines only have 2 holding penalties against the Vols defensive line for the " season ". hard to believe for a team that puts that much pressure on the QB's.... wouldn't expect Alabama to be called for one all day...smh.
Sounds like a personal problem
First time in memory of being a Bama fan and having absolutely no confidence in them handling business. Just strange.
You must be young and didn’t remember life before Sabin
I also have no confidence in the Vols, it is indeed a very strange feeling. Instead of the usual trash talk each side is calling their own team trash. Wild!
Must forgot about the Mike eras or the Dennis franchione era😅
21-17 TENNESSEE GO BIG ORANGE!❤❤❤❤❤
Love that we are talking about Alabama and Tennessee and who is going to play the least bad in order to win…
I agree with Cole so much on the lack of commitment to the run game. I'm not an old head that screams run the damn ball incessantly, but Bama has Jam and Justice and Jam has run the ball 51 times. Milroe has close to 80 runs. Commit just a bit more and I'd be satisfied. like Cole said don't shy away just because you have a1 yard run.
Agreed. If nothing else, they need to mix it up more in order to potentially sustain drives and help the defense out a little more. There’s a time and place for quick strikes, but they go 3 and out way too often.
Milroe just has one move, panic and run when he plays a good team. He just doesn't have a fast enough processor to play qb these days.
Agree that Bama's run game is unknown bc we haven't really seen it
Great analysis.
First I am going to be in Knoxville for the game I am ready to loose my voice for my vols
It's spelled 'lose'. How bout you volunteer to read a book sometime?
@@DarkSentencer It’s “about” not “bout”. Bout is a noun that relates to a moment of time. For example, “I had a terrible bout with Covid.” It can also be used in reference to a sporting event such as a boxing match or even a football game. About means something is related to a subject. Go Vols…
@@Spitzer3964 there's a huge difference between typing like I talk vs straight up not know the difference between loose and lose but go off I guess. Hope it helps you feel better somehow
@@DarkSentencer I agree, I knew what you meant just like you knew what he meant…
@@DarkSentencershut up sped
Alabama's defensive front has lacked discipline over the past few weeks in critical situations. I've seen no signs that this trajectory is changing.....
i guarantee the bama penalties will be better, teams "magically" play the most penalty free games against Tennessee
You must not have watched the 2022 game in Knoxville! BAMA was sitting at around 20 penalties. Granted a third of those were bogus, but that’s how the game goes. ROLL TIDE!!! L.A.N.K.
@@davidwright9550That is literally the only game I can remember TN benefiting from another team’s penalties. We also got some bogus calls that game too though.
@@caseyelgin6988 true. It was just badly officiated game.
@@davidwright9550 I think we’re in for another badly officiated game tomorrow too sadly.
I watched that game and it was poorly officiated all the way around, I was mainly referring to this season not past seasons
Best sport show on UA-cam.
Been listening for four years.
What is the pattern matching stuff?
I agree with all the comments, rather than the trash-talk of years past, it's just Vols fans saying "we suck" and Bama fans saying "nah, we suck more" haha Saban drop-off already hitting the Tide fans hard, no more guaranteed elite defense
Bama fan here, and I agree. Yeah, we suck.
Alabama is gonna magically play the cleanest game of football this season Saturday
At Tennessee?
@@rentonwilson7286 yes
The last time we were AT Tennessee we had an absurd number of penalties. The refs absolutely screwed us that game. We've already been bad giving up penalties on offense non-stop and now we're supposed to expect a clean game in Knoxville? Nah. It isn't happening. It's going to be a penaltyfest for Bama and Tennessee is going to be right there in it in the 4th quarter because of the mistakes we make.
Alabama had 14 penalties last time they were in Knoxville
@@VainRain69Oh TN is a heavily penalized team too. This is going to be an ugly game.
Refs REFUSE to call penalties against teams playing Tennessee. 1 holding calling against ten Opp in the last 3 games. fix is in
It's been so bad the announcers have even questioned it. They show replay close ups of Tennessee being held and no flag was thrown
Accurate, pretty sure the counts have been something like 30% more penalties than opponents recently - which is crazy to also happen at home last week too
Head officiating offices are in Birmingham. We never stood a chance. I think also the refs hate how fast we go because it means they have to go faster too and their fat old asses get winded.
If Tennessee follows Vanderbilt and South Carolina game plan....keep Alabama offense off the field.
IMO, the difference maker in this game will be the start time. Tennessee wins 33 -24
The NEYLAND AFFECT will be activated
Yep that Affect is 1 for last 7 since 2008
@traviswatson6467 live in the past man. I am a tennessee fan i know all about that. You don't have saben anymore. your just a normal sec team now..deal with it
@@jedijohnny Livin in the past and wait till next year.
The team that stretches the defense more vertical wins this game. We have seen both Tennessee & Alabama getting exploited on offense due to not comprising enough to just move the chains. It's always exciting to see a team score fast but, a good drive would consist of holding the ball on offense a bit longer before you score. The 3,5,3 defense was used successfully on both Tennessee & Alabama, whoever stretches the defense is the team that wins this game, I don't think it will be a close game.
This should be a great game. My thoughts, the crowd makes the difference and the game is won in the 4th quarter with a Tennessee victory 34 to 27
You think Tennessee is actually going to score 34 points after watching the last games? It will be nothing short of a miracle if they break 20
@@Bladin84 yep. Not that far off of hitting some of those big plays. That is what this game will be. Big plays here and there.
This offense ain't scoring no 34 points lmao
@@Bladin84Real talk. I hate it here.
@@caseyelgin6988 Next year is the year, Nico needs to develop and Heupel needs another recruiting year
I think vola offense is gonna continue to look lost and screw up every drive with penalties and missed passes i think defense will keep us in the game until they are to tired from offense going quick 3 and outs bama 24- vols 17 i hope and pray I'm wrong GO VOLS
This is my take and score prediction as well. 😔
I think Cube is right on - with UT it's execution. Could there be some differences in the play calling? Yes. But is our OL capable of doing any better on different play calls than they have been? Who knows. They've committed 6 penalties avg. per game. So. There we have it. DEFENSE BABY
Bama is good, but they are playing with fire. that suuth carolina game was tougher than i thought it would be. with nil everyone of these teams has a few guys that can cause problems. with all of the tough games everyone plays plus playoff games i feel like it comes down to depth. all of these teams from big 10 and sec have to start getting banged up.
I hope Bama Defense Plays better. Last 2 Games Bama has not look like a Bama Team under Saban
agreed, defense needs to be better but Bama hasn’t looked like a Bama team under Saban while under saban for several seasons & i don’t get why everyone keeps forgetting that just bc a new head coach is at the helm this season
Bama didn’t look like they were going to do well playing Tennessee last year, either. Up until that point, the offense and defense both took turns looking atrocious, depending upon the team they were playing. The Tennessee game seemed to be when they turned things around (with the Iron Bowl being a notable exception).
I don’t think any game this season has been a Saban caliber performance. Some have been pretty close but there’s been a clear lack of intensity and focus for most of the season
Saban defense was trash since 2017/2018 last great defense probably 2015. And newsflash Deboer is coach not Saban so its going to look like a Saban team
I don't think DeBoer understands you must have physicality and a good defense to win in the SEC.
The lack of intensity from Deboar on the sidelines is very frustrating.
The same thing being said about Tennessee Offense can be said about Alabama's Offense.
So I have an observation. It is possible that the playing field is getting more level in college football now?
Obviously yes. NIL is real and money talks.
TN losing to Ark, Bama Losing to Vandy, yea this is a playoff elimination game. TN can’t score points, and after 3 SEC play teams no way they’re gonna magically turn it around against Top 10 Alabama team.
Arkansas gave the whole SEC the blue print to beat Tennessee ain’t nobody talking about that
As a Bama fan this is the first game since 2006 where I think we have no chance. UT doesn't have to be fancy on offense. They can be very vanilla and run the ball successfully, On the flip side Bama's offense make mistakes at the worst times and is playing the best D they have played all year. Just like last week Bama being -21.5 against SC was easy money the -3 may even be easier. I think UT wins comfortably.
Been a Vols since 88
You guys have Milroe. The elephants have too much for us. This is a get right game for Bama and not for my Vols.
As a Vol fan, I think it’s the opposite. I don’t feel good about this game at all. Have you watched this TN offense over the past few weaks? They can’t score 🤷♀️
That entire O line has gotten blown up by mediocre d lines and backers. There were plays I saw the last 2 weeks where the entire line had missed there assignments or got beat. I'm not joking, right guard and tackle were on the ground, left guard and tackle missed blocks and got beat and then the running back just wiffs the blocks!!!!
Don't get me started on when they try and pull, it's like a Chinese fire drill.
Sampson has gotten the majority of his yards in sheer talent and will. I'm sorry but this o line coach Elarbee has dropped the ball with this unit either through recruiting or training and practice.
This year’s bama isn’t ready to play in Neyland. We’re bringing full chaos and going to start another earthquake.
as a bama fan , i’m coming back to this comment. Bama owns Neyland
I like Tennessee at home with the best d line bama will see all year long! 31-24
Alabama wins if Milroe runs the ball more than he passes. Tennessee does comfortably if Milroe tries to act like Drew Brees.
Bama D line is playing to soft
pate you sound like on three pc principal
TN looks at it as elimination because they still have to play at GA after this. Have to win this one.
I think Bama will pick the ball 2 times and that’ll be the difference in the game
I definitely think if Bama loses to South Carolina and to Tennessee the following week Bama is out of the playoffs but i wouldn't say that if Bama loses just to Tennessee, meaning win out.
Neither is winning a title this year this game just decides who is more over rated in the playoffs
Also depends on who pays the refs more ,they will impact the game with there callls.
Hey TN if you do win please dont pull down the goal post .lol
I think this game is gonna be about penalties on Tennessee. Big plays shut down!
I think Tennessee wins not even close im thinking Tennessee to win by 10 tob14 might be wrong but I'm pulling for my vols.
Bama has got to stay on the field you can’t win a game if you’re D line is wore out
I’m so tired of this “if they come out and fix all their issues they’ll be great” bullshit
I mean on paper it’s exactly right, but it ain’t gonna magically happen over one weekend
Does this guy even watch TN football what Vol fan was mad about a 51-10 NC state stomping lol.
I don't know what idiot is running Vegas these days but they're litterally paying my house off this year with their Bama spots alone. Tenn will destroy Bama without the 3 points. Kane Wommack will still be trying to figure out what happened on the play before when Tenn snaps the next play. The fact that Bama has qb doesns't help though. Tenn will easily win by 18
AL 0 TN 0 NOBODY WINS, LOL
I have to ask are the refs out to get Tennessee? because if you start looking a person could build a Pretty good case to say they are.just in holding calls alone in offense holds against the Volunteers in the last 10 power 4 teams Tennessee played we had 6 offensive holding calls called on the other team 3 were enforced 3 were off setting 6 in ten games the Average offensive holding calls on those ten teams was about 3 each game so we should have got like 30 calls for holding against our opponents. Then i watched one team get away with face mask after face mask until i just stopped counting at about 6 maybe i am wrong but I don't think I am its time to bring this into the light and start holding the refs accountable for what can only be called Incompetence or their malfeasance and every time Tennessee goes hurry up someone on the other team falls down then right back in the game to never miss a play
Yeah it's been pretty bad, I also wish penalties were broken down into "garbage time" and "drive-ending" and maybe even "game deciding". That way you can see how many teams like bama for a few years stretch had where they got a bunch of 5yd number boosting penalties so the school could say they get penalized actually worse than everyone else - but if you watch they almost never had drive costing ones that weren't incredibly flagrant ofc.
Not as much of an issue with them this year or last, but would also be great to see the game like Miami played against Cal get that stupid penalty on Cal at 2 minutes counted as game deciding, otherwise Cal converted and they end the game just kneeing it out. (Miami got saved again)
Bama doesn’t run their backs got the best R S and he doesn’t get the ball
You stop milroe, and that number 2 and TN will win thats all bama has, if bama stops ???? Well tn dont really have nothing anyway maybe somebody will score and win ,good luck to both .
RTR
Touchdown Alabama 😊
Tennessee is the most hyped team this year. I would not be shocked if they go 3-3 for the remainder of their schedule.

Vol fan, love our team but I have a bad feeling they'll get wrecked.
It is a playoff elimination goober
