I may be wrong but I think from a featurette on the show's cinematography, the camera operators are fairly free-moving and flexible to follow where they think the action is, and aren't really briefed in any prescriptive way leading to the looser, behind-the-scenes feel to it all. This is particularly evident in group scenes where they are trying to capture moments of reaction, and probably extends to when they want to zoom in/out for emphasis.

It's crazy to think about, but originally they had intended that at the end of the first season, Logan would die, and the rest of the show would be the kids fighting each other and other people for control.
So happy they changed their minds. I just could not imagine this show without Logan Roy looming over everything all the time.
Kendal is daddy's number one candy baby
Not hard to imagine at all. In addition to being much needed comic relief at times, Tom is the audience's emotional avatar and also the most emotionally vulnerable and honest of any of the core characters. Also, the actor that plays Tom, Matthew McFadyen, has been nominated and won more Emmy's and Golden Globes than anyone on the show.
Honestly, I think season 2 is the best so far.
I just realised that Roman and Gerri probably watch Kens video on the phone in the beginning of the episode because they have been visiting the people who lost a couple of thumbs...

Kendall has no balls? What? Compared to the rest of his siblings, he's the one that has stood up to their father the most and has shown initiative to take him down and take over the family business. He's had some terrible luck and made some really bad choices leading up to him almost succeeding but I wouldn't say he has no balls or backbone. He certainly does when compared to Roman, Shiv and Connor.
Roman is the most spineless among them all
Well, people watch this series very wrong, which scares me, since it is a satire on these big corporations and also a study of abject personalities, howevler, which oscillate in strength, fragility, arrogance, contempt, love, torture . Kendall is one of those hardest to do.
Even on the motorcycle, Logan makes Kendall ride "bitch".
Season 2 is the best imo
They say manners are how we show respect for others. That these spoiled money worshipers don't show respect for others is not a surprise to me.
imagine watching succession with so many amazing characters with a lot of complex storylines and backstories just to end up having the basic ass tom as favorite character i mean liking him yes (i could never) but favorite? nah but ESPECIALLY greg (worst actor of the show) omg embarassing
I don't like Tom.
But Greg is a good actor and has some of the funniest moments (with Tom)

Just because Tom is a favorite doesn't necessarily mean that someone believes they're the most complex or interesting character. I'm sorry, but Tom is easily the funniest and most entertaining on screen. Greg isn't the best actor but he fits for what his character is. Overall, you're being rude for no other reason than to espouse your alleged superiority in taste. Stop. Your lack of self-awareness is ironically more embarrassing, considering you think simply having a certain character as a favorite is embarrassing, which, it isn't.
@@ColombianThunderTom is also easily the most complex character in the show too, but you are right
