45 days is correct, but it's standby time. Most phones can already do 25-30 days if you left it in airplane mode with the screen off and never used it, which is what standby means. The CEO said standby but the video omits that.

Unbox Therapy is the opposite of bandwagon... he really criticizes big players like Apple and other expensive devices versus cheaper options that are more in line with most people's measure of value.
I haven't heard of this phone before this vid either, I'm not aware of any bandwagon, lol.
OK I think I know how they achieve that:
1) Battery life of 45 days, it didn't say of what exactly so I think the more reasonable option would be 45 days of standby time.
2) They didn't mention what kind of storage, so maybe it's by using SD Card expansion.
3) For the last part the screen to body ratio they basically removed the selfie camera, and now the rear camera will work as a selfie camera as well.
As mentioned in the video, Lenovo doesn't have anything to lose they have very slim market share and also I think 0 marketing budget, also their claims are too vague TBH.

Batteries only lose charge that fast if they're mistreated. Just don't let it go dead like half the people out there or leave it in a hot car. It will last 3 years easy. I have a music phone that launched in 2013, still use it daily and it last over a week in airplane mode while still playing music for hours a day.

Not really. People don't need 4 TB of storage. They don't want 95% screen to body ratio (all screen isn't useful) and surely don't want to pay extra for it. Battery life is always good, but most people wouldn't care enough beyond a full days use (real use, so they can use the phone as much as they want) to pay more for it.
If this is true, it will make Lenovo a bigger mobile phone brand, but Apple and Samsung won't be affected much.

Give me 2 full days ( 48 hours ) of battery a fast smooth processer and good quality screen / decent camera and up to 256GB-500GB I call it the perfect phone which no one has made yet which is really surprising because the tech is there and I bet most people would buy it.
I have one of Lenovo's yoga's with the wave keyboard and a few other nifty features. It absolutely flies. I wouldn't count Lenovo out. They are a pretty innovative company in my eyes.

It's likely 4 Tera Bit not 4 Tera Byte. 4 TBit is roughly around 500GB of storage.
In my opinion, this device may support this storage capacity, but it is almost impossible and difficult, but it can be done in the other hand that this talk is mined or something like this , I expect this to support the device several ports of SD card.

Don't underestimate Lenovo they are a quality manufacturer.They already have many patents for flexible devices ,i think they are capable enough to deliver a breakthrough product.
And they have a custom built UI on top which is not bad, but it's not a stock one. Buying Motorola made their after sales network easier and saved their losses.

the phone will be compatible with some kind of bulky dock which will be able to recharge it (like powerbank) and provide more storage space and/or m.2/sata slots.
After all Lenovo owns motorola who has played aroud lately with idea of modularity and external hardware.
Regarding the screen, the vivo apex exists, so it can be somehow achieved.
It's true that Lenovo isn't in the market of oled screens. But this applies to everybody else too. Except for basically Samsung and LG.
I was going to buy the Lenovo P2 for my wife because she uses the phone all day for work and including our daughter using it for cartoons. That had a 5000mh battery. With software and other changes a 45 day stand by is possible. I get 3 days from my 1800mh Samsung because I barely use it. Its some kind of power saving mode. We will need it for the Zombie apocalypse ;)

Considering smaller companies have completed the task of bigger screen to body ratio I believe it's possible they can achieve it. Also with the Moto Z series phone having pretty decent battery life they could achieve two out of the three selling points.
Battery technology HAS changed a lot in the last 100 years. That's like saying computer technology hasn't changed in the last 70. The fundamental principle hasn't changed, but we have had a ridiculous number of enhancement. In particular, the lithium ion batter is only a few decades old.

The 4tb storage should have been a big giveaway, less than 1 percent of people will need that much space, not to mention it would be a 3000$ phone at that mark, 45 day on standby with ultra battery saving mode would be possible especially if it had a 4000+ battery though
