A “wing-beating” tremor is typical of Wilson's disease. It is characterized by a low-frequency, high-amplitude, posture-induced proximal arm tremor, elicited by sustained abduction of the arms, with flexed elbows and palms facing downward.Classically, this specific tremor does not respond well to drug therapy.
