I started to Wing foil when I was 56 years of age, and am now surfing the big waves and doing downwinders/flagging. (I'm female btw). You are never too young or old to learn to do it. Get into it, you will love it! I am now into my 13th month of wing foiling and its so much fun and such a rush, so c'mon, give it crack.

@sophiiageneve2317 I learnt to kitesurf at 51 years. My dear partner taught me as he has lots of experience as a kitesurfer, kite foiled and windsurfer. As I mountain bike a lot the balance part came easy. Reading the wind is harder but I got up on my first attempt.
