Cfmoto is a great starter bike brand , cheap and is fantasic to learn on when it comes to anyone who knows how to ride and plans on keeping a bike for awhile def not prolly a smart idea to gamble tho tbf cfmoto has been making powersports for around 20 years now so who knoes maybe they are decent bikes at leasg for casual riders who go around town and maybe closer towns wouldnt do any long trips where i gotta trust the bike not to die lol

Idc if the datona 660 is better it's not worth 1000$ of dollars more the maintenance of cf moto is do it yourself and parts are cheap and easy. You can argue their track bikes aren't up with everyone yet. Which you would have a point but there's a ton of aftermarket with these bikes. But as far as street a 650 mt is $6600 comes with bags. A tiger 660 without bags basic model is $11500 a versays is around $12000 I got a 2 year warranty plus 1 Xtra free from dealer. No other company is doing that. I could see your point in mentioning Chinese with quality issues if you could point some out? But you never mentioned that because you just hear it's Chinese and disregard it. But since we talk about big brands, why they are big? Threre's a reason for that. Kawasaki and Honda are big names because their bikes are very good and they are reliable! A brand take years to build, specialy if we are talking about reliability. Years, decades. We can't overlook that! If I spent 10k on a bike, or 12k or more, I want to feel secure with that bike. I will not be cheap and put 2k in my pocket and overlook the reliability! You guys only looks at the price tag and the looks. Then sell that chinese bike, and show me what you lost reselling it. Yes, KTM has CFmoto back, but KTM is not famous for reliability. And about the issues with cfmoto bikes, you just need to google. TFT's that shut down forever, heating problems, just google it. CFmoto has a long way to go, and I wish the best to the company and to buys their bikes. But for me.. I choose a japanese bike. No doubts.

Motorcycle tax in Indonesia with a capacity above 250cc is very high. That's why the price can be twice as much as the price in the USA.
