Thanks for the review. I have a Champian 196CC that help me make it through hurricane Harvey. I used it to plug into my fifth wheel trialer. I let it sit to long now and have to get rid of the two year old gas.
The next time I would change the oil in that inverter, I'd be looking everywhere for that container! That inverter is very quiet! It seems like a nice option!
I have this same generator, it's working very good for me, very quiet, and can power my whole camper including Air Conditioner (once I put an easystart on the A/C)

Why do we need oil & gasoline? Is the oil for the engine like a car needs oil and the gasoline is the fuel needed to run the generator? Also, can I use this in my home if we have a power outage? Can I use it for my refrigerator? Thank you.

I have exactly same model and the oil it uses also 15W-40. I went to Walmart to buy oil today and all 15W-40 bottles say for Diesel engine. I am confused. Can I use them on this generator?

This one is descent for the money, I have been test running it every morning and evening, I have forgot it was running at night since it is so quiet, twice now.

Ever since we had our flood back in 2013 I have wanted a quiet generator, just could not pay the price for a Honda.

Should I leave the remaining fuel inside the generator if I won't use it for several weeks?
I would run it dry if it is going to be stored for more than a few weeks.
Keep an eye on your screws.....most will loosen and will be lost.
I am not having any issues with mine, it has been a good generator. I still use it all the time.
Very helpful video. You mention an oil change in your update. How is oil change interval determined? Hours of use?

A standard 120V shop vac, yes. This puts out 2200W a typical shop vac draws about 1400W.
