I’ve got property in Anderson Springs, with a beautiful creek .....and beautiful rocks! I’m always looking for Creek side treasures and have in my 63 years so Many! I haven’t yet rebuilt, but the erosion is killing me! Just when I get somewhat ahead of the game, it’s wildflowers or weeds! Beautiful day today, but I pulled a muscle out there yesterday!

To identify true Jade you can break off a tip and if it has a conciadal fracture like a spear point or glass it won't be Jade. Nor will it have shiny flecks in it. It would be a rock heavier than a normal rock it's same size and any breakage held up to the sun and under a magnifying glass could show some transparency or tiny needle or fibre type structure to it. Jade can be many colors the rarest and most valuable is green.

I'm not so much an expert myself but could you please explain to me what the gold colored rock was at 4:30 pyrite.gold.jasper?
I've watched that clip several times.
I'd say that is the sunlight bending colors and reflections of butterscotch jasper or some limestone..its not looking like pyrite but definitely some sunlit water reflecting.
