I'm a server at Olive Garden and I can tell you, there are even more tips you're missing out on here. Ask for another salad at the end with the dressing on the side, and then you can take a salad home as well with your food. This way, it won't be soggy. I can promise you that more people do all of this than you would think so you aren't gonna get banned for talking about anything. If anything they need the publicity. Love youuu!
I'm from the UK and would love to try Olive Garden, I think it's great you can fill up on salad and bread for free and even take it home. Here we're lucky to get a stale bread basket and our portion sizes are a lot smaller and restaurants don't do a to go option. You either finish or leave it, that's why there's no point filling up on bread as you'll be too full to finish. That's a great little hack though as you're basically getting two meals for one.
When I tell you I DIED when the lady asked to sample the wines and Delta said “ why?, do you need to see what pairs well with ICEBERG LETTUCE and red cabbage salad ?” 😂😂

I love Bob but I can totally see why he would be in danger of losing his voice often because of his vocal placement being in the back of his throat (as opposed to the front of the mouth, the tip of the tongue and lips) that can cause strain and nodules. He also has consistently raised strong inflections in his regular speaking voice at the end of words that can cause issues for him because of the wrong placement (What further points to wrong placement is people don't lose their voice from sneezing typically). If you try to copy him to the t, you get how straining it could be for the vocal cords if you talk for a living, as Bob does. Repeating some of his favorite rising expressions like "ALSO" "Y'ALL" "A LOTTA" they're surprisingly high notes that he hits often, considering his speaking voice in his more relaxed chest being baritone. I think also his style of speaking is that he animates a lot with his mouth "WILD" instead of with his eyes, and the sounds stay in his throat and mouth sort of spreading and stretching instead of being thrown forward to the listener. (Sorry, sound geek here.) I hope he has or can get a really good vocal therapist to work with and find some safer ways of expression that put less stress on his throat in his daily life and I really think it could keep him from getting more vocal issues in the future and at the least push back the need for further operations.
He's gross and in the back of his throat - always sucking back post nasal drip. I can't stand BoBs voice. Or his alleged humor and "talent." He won a very easy season. And looked like SHITE on every runway. Least deserving winner, ever. He's going to embarrass himself on All Winners Season II.
Okay wow and as I wrote that he talked about the strong scents giving him stomach ache. Thats because of chemical intolerance so going to a doctor to get a wide allergen test and trying to avoid food and drink with a lot of additives and colorants in it might actually also help your throat because there could be a low level inflammation that is contributing to the vocal issues!
@@mimipeahes5848 Thats unfortunate but there are a lot of good vocal coaches with information online and videos on youtube that might offer you some help. Even when the exercises they have are geard towards singers they can also help with your speaking voice in order to relax, locate and notice tensions that are just poor vocal habits you can change with some practice. And yes definitely if you suspect you might have allergies and you cant afford testing then you can do the method of blocking out entire foodgroups and only eating the ones you know 💯 aren't an issue to you while slowly re-introducing ones back you think might be the problem and keeping a vigilant eye and a food&symptom diary to see what could be causing the issues for you.
As a long-term singer and vocal coach as well as having studied bel canto style and emphasizing vocalese, I appreciate your statements. I have been watching Bob and listening to him to try to figure out how could he get help. There seems to be something up with the area behind his nose also. I bet that his nose is always stuffy. It makes it so much harder to allow the voice to be in The mask if the nose is stuffy. The mask being literally the gateway to the head voice. I really think he should put in place a serious vocal teacher as a part of his staff. My teachers were able to heal nodes and nodules with vocal exercises- meaning that the students would not have to have surgery. Now, a problem is that Bob probably needs to rest and not talk as much. I think that you're right that he is somewhat prone to having either food allergies or environmental allergies and they are affecting his voice. While he was talking, I just kept saying to myself "I wish she had a good voice teacher" literally to have him start from the very beginning. Implode the explosive consonants and sing on the vowels. @BOBTHEDRAGQUEEN

I loved the back half of this episode. Delta illustrating exactly how to be an ally -- in any sense -- warmed my heart. I'll remember this for providing allyship to people in the future, especially now for those who are trans and queer right now.
There's a couple on tiktok that will do pranks on each other with paint filled balloons and i cant deal with it. I hate it. The amount of paint wasted, the whole fact that some of the paint pranks are INSIDE THE HOUSE, the fact that they ruin furniture, its too much. I wholeheartedly agree with bob and delta
I'm a housekeeper. Swiffers are nice for dusting walls, but I don't buy the refills. Use a microfiber cloth. For your floors you should buy a Libman dust mop. You can remove the cover and wash it, and they pick up so much more dirt than a swiffer.
As someone who works at Olive Garden in the kitchen making food all day I find it really offensive that Delta says nothing is made, we make the soups and sauces fresh everyday and I do make lasagnas everyday and it takes for ever. That’s my rant
I love the mental image of Delta asking “can we get some bread for the table?” while sitting alone

The only podcast I don’t skip through. Love you Delta!
Going off on the wine woman at Olive Garden was great! That thing where someone talks and then looks away to wait for the answer is so on point.
Couldn't push play fast enough only to realize it's not up yet lol
So true about how we only children ‘talk aloud’ or sometimes to ourselves! Very accurate Bob!
Oooh, when intelligence meets intelligence! ❤❤❤
As someone who works at Olive Garden in the kitchen making food all day I find it really offensive that Delta says nothing is made, we make the soups and sauces fresh everyday and I do make lasagnas everyday and it takes for ever. That’s my rant
Siempre siempre siempre se aprende algo positivo con #BobtheDragQUEEN. Gracias Gracias gracias Bob ❤
