Can you make a video on PAILs, RAILs and CARs (Kinstretch). I'd love the hear another perspective

I would love to. This is very similar to the concept of PAIL I think. Antagonist stretching is just the way it is called in scientific literature and not to sell a method!

Agreed ahaha, the thing is that they combine antagonist and agonist contractions with end range strength (CARs and active hold from passive range). But yeah definitely very marketing oriented, that’s why I wanted your view 👍. Also more mobility oriented routines would be nice!

So, i think I may have pulled a hamstring lol. I was doing cossack squats, and felt a little twinge and I have a little pain not much so didnt really hurt myself to bad, but How much stretching is to much, what do you recommend how many days a week to stretch, I practice the splits right now from that video, thanks!

Thank you so much! I think if you stretch hard, 2 times per week. The other days, you still stretch, but you do less and get way less deeper into the stretches.
