This is the larger Hmong center in Minnesota. The other one is Hmong Town Market on Como.
This shopping center has been open since Oct 2010. Hmong village have more than 250 vendors with unique foods, farmers market, cultural goods and services of Hmong and southeast Asian community. I didn’t realize they had photo gallery behind produce area! Check it out!
