Was Frost playing a 'Don't play Rage' challenge. All of Act 2 felt like watching him on a knife's edge, Juggernaut in play, holding Rage' and playing a bunch of attacks. I'm genuinely curious what the reasoning for holding it is on some turns.
Runic pyramid mostly. It might be better on a later turn
Having watched more of the video, he misplayed rage real bad. But runic pyramid is the (insufficient) reason not to play it
The 41 cards wasn't the issue, the issue was that Dark Embrace and Shrug it Off were the only draw in the deck, Frost didn't see any Offerings the entire run and didn't see Snecko.
In some ways, both of them were right. The big deck was needed to win, but it was also the reason Dark Embrace was hard to get to. You can't build a perfectly functioning deck every run, you will have problems even if you choose the best choice at every possibility
Keep decking that spire down
After the Otz challenge, I would like to suggest a new 5 game gauntlet, where you have to complete an a20 slay the spire run, a cruciball 15 peglin run, a spelunky run, a stake 8 balatro run, and a hard mode bindings of isaac run, all at the same time!

Challenge idea : start with prayer wheel and question card, but you can't skip. You can choose not to click on a card reward though.
