Regarding the first round and "Tyrannical" hard-knock preventing the passing of the Mission Leader token; per the rules, the passing of the leader token occurs after the Morale Drop (step 4 of 4), therefore, he would have been able to pass the leader token and gain a speech as he had already removed the Tyrannical hard-knock in the Support phase (step 3 of 4)
Other things: Isn't the Speech token removed from the game after it is used? The rules book says that the leader token is passed to the next player, not the most supported one, no?
So has this been released earlier in europe? I've had my copy for a few weeks now. Very good game although it's very difficult, my group has only beaten it once so far.
This is a really good, most playable, & a quite fun filled game. Considering in a 5 hour evening, one can play 10 or so games, this, & considering that the game is a hoot, it is well worth well its price of a bit less than $20, plus freight. Slainte,

If you fail a mission don't the cards go back in and don't get removed I was under the Impression they do

At 16:00 shouldn't the cards in No Man's Land go to the Trials deck?
yes they get put back into the trials deck and are face again.
