My boyfriend died almost two years ago and he brought this band in to my life. I used to say, "Play Twiddle!" I lost myself shortly after he passed so badly that I just found this song again... it was one of my favorites. He was the apitome of positivity. I honestly don’t see why twiddle isn’t on every alternative radio station in the country
January 1 2018 I was sick, in withdrawal, in local jails medical wing. Freezing, heart broke, family that didnt care if I was alive or dead. The CO on duty played this song. At first i was annoyed she was using that time as her personal jam session. As i listened to the words...the tears started falling. It was at that very moment i decided my life was not hopeless. And while i couldn't fix the wrongs I had done. I could start digging back up.
And man its taken some work. But today I have a shaky relationship with some of my kids. The nicest car Ive ever owned. An apartment. But most importantly I have a family. No not my blood. But people that love me not because Im related to them. But because they want to. Because they see value in me. Me.
Life is by no means perfect. But I know now that life truly can be just fine. One day at a time Ive clawed my way back. I guess what Im trying to say is thank you. And never give up

No one really knows this besides my closest friends, but my first year out of high school I tried to kill myself. It had been a hard year, I was far from my family, and I didn't have any friends. I worked fast food, and school started getting hard, and I just didn't want to go on. I heard this song, and it changed my life. My outlook changed because I had hope, and people started talking to me, and school got easier, and my family showed concern that I was shutting down. So thank you, Twiddle. You're literally a life saver.

I enjoy twiddle but this song in my opinion is a little off time with the lyrics and the rhymes are 3rd grade like.
