Someone commented that it couldn’t have been molly who needed to say it it was Sherlock. If molly would be dead who would write „I love you“ on her coffin ? Not her but the ones who love you.

Nope. If you watch that episode again you would hear Eurus say that he needs to get "someone" to say the release code and she explains no more. It was Sherlock who figured it out that it was Molly who needed to say the words written on the coffin. I love you was written on her coffin cause she needed to say it to Sherlock not vice versa.
