      Jacquez Polk *female. And I can tell you know nothing about strength and conditioning for basketball. By that logic she has to be ripped like a body builder in order for her workouts to be validated?

      chocolatemilk lol I play basketball w 3 small school D1 offers so I bet I know more than you 😂😂 and nah but she needs credibility and some sort of muscle to train MEN. Stay in her lane

      Actually she can lift the weight and has trained pros across all sports. Maybe you should take notes and stop being ignorant. Oh and I played college and had an overseas bag, her workout is one of the best I've experienced.
