Stick a fender extender on the front mudguard. Your radiator will thank you! I have just fitted a pair of Bridgestone Battlax tyres to my bike and they do feel good! You might also consider a Dart flyscreen cos they look good!
You pinched my key fob! Anyway, nice bike - had mine just under a year from new. Biggest pain for me is maintenance at the rear end - access to the swingarm and even just the chain is very poor (I have bad hips & knees so worse for me, too) other than that it's a brilliant bike and just the ticket for the DGR. Only problem I've had is air getting into the brake system - and my local dealer has been unable to sort that so far. TEC do some good stuff, though their shocks don't last too long if you live in a bumpy area in my experience with my Street Scrambler. Ducati Spares do excellent spacers for the throttle - worth looking up if not already fitted. Have fun with it.
Thanks . I already have the throttle spacers fitted . Looking at Nitron shocks , but have to get a few more pennie’s in the jar ! So wifey does find out 😂
You need black anodised brake and clutch master cylinder reservoirs. I think the brake m/cylinder reservoir is only about £60 from Triumph. The plastic ones don't look good imho. Got black anodised metal ones on my Speed Triple RS. They look far better. Nitron/Maxton shocks, they're both good and a big improvement over OE suspension. Also K-Tech as well but probably more expensive up there with Ohlins but they are more able to cater for you and your bike, riding needs, etc. Have you looked at Tec bikeparts cat delete X-Pipe to make your bike sound even better? Maybe the previous owner already fitted one if he fitted the V&H pipes?
With all the mods you are doing isn’t it putting you well into generation 2 money 🤔 love your bike and think the top option for me would be Vance Hines exhaust pretty sure they were optional extra from new 🤔 Great bike have fun 😎
Sorry for being a bit off-topic but I’m looking forward to your review of the Metzeler Tourance tyres on the GS. They’re on my shortlist as alternatives to the Michelin 6’s. I do love the looks of the Triumph, but I’ll be sticking with the GS for the foreseeable 😁
Loved the title. Looking forward to seeing what you end up doing to the bike, then looking forward to seeing what you change / add once you have changed and added the first batch. 😁. Don’t fall out of love with the GS or it will become even more expensive and you could end up destitute, homeless, career in shreds and drinking the contents of your wine cellar in the local park. Just saying😊.
The Arton Works dials are perfectly OK with the idiot lights. Also, you'll know in an instant what revs you're doing - I don't know who designed those ridiculous instruments with double digits for both speedo and tacho.

Thanks for the tip!
I put a dart marlin on my 97 TBird. Looks good and helps with high speed buffeting
Very jealous, I love the colour and it even looks good next to the triple black GS🤙
Good video. I just bought a new 2023 ST 1200. I will check out your other content. thanks
Awesome! Thank you!

Bottom line is the Tourane are fabulous and very happy with them and I have only just scrubbed them in , but not been out in the wet yet .
Motone customs make some nice accessories 👌
