This is awesome. Will def be buying this book. My husband had plantar fascial Fibromatosis and constant sciatic issues and the physical therapist has him picking up marbles with his toes for 1 hr and he feels no relief. Thank you for this. ❤
Ugh, that’s frustrating. I’m sorry his physical therapist didn’t care enough to do more. Thank you for considering buying my book! I really think you will find it to be a comprehensive and valuable resource.
I have shin splints, but specifically it is pain on the inside of my shin bone(posterior and anterior tibial muscles are completely fine). How would I speed up recovery of the bone?
What would you guess if My pain is more right behind my left heel and very bottom of the achielles . Bugs the most morning after either beach volleyball or leg day including calf’s
I was just looking around in his videos, and it sounds to me like "insertional achilles tendinitis." There are some videos on it in the "feet and ankles" playlist, I think. Hope this helps :)
whoever is pulling their toes so far up like that and then doing calf raises with the foot in that position I can pretty much guarantee you do not have PF because that is a tremendous and completely abnormal stretch of the bottom of the foot! All this to sell a very stupid looking gadget invented by "a friend" and coincidentally available for purchase? Pretty shameless since this cannot possible be good for anyone but a ballerina.

I have a question. What muscle strength is affected in L5 spine fracture? Is extensor hallucis longus or the key muscle in a other level?

Interestingly my left leg and left calf are the larger and stronger side

Which is better to buy the facia fighter single or the bigger one facia fighter 2 ?
Personally, I like the smaller one.
