I also love the post cards from 1900s Albany. I would love to know/see how you display them in your booth.
I usually only have a few on hand and will put them in a plastic sleeve and lean them against the back of a shelf or put them inside a dish ☺☺

I have collected and sold books most of my adult life. I have a large booth with hundreds of books. My bestsellers are hymnals, Bibles, atlases, and dictionaries especially the super big unabridged ones. I keep plenty of children's chapter books. Old primary textbooks especially readers sell well. Our prices are about the same. I have access to thousands of books as the community organization holds book fairs to raise money for scholarships and local groups which support literacy. The covid years set us back. This year's event featured about 40,000 books. Old postcards are big sellers.
So great to hear how various types of books are selling in other parts of the country (SC), Donna. I've not had much success with hymnals or primary readers, but you make me want to give it another go!

Hi Diana, Do you ever cut up old art books and frame them or use them for art projects. I have done it with one Wyeth book as all the Wyeths are beloved in Maine. Down with diverticulitis so I have been crafting at the kitchen table!
I typically only do that with books that are in bad shape. At the moment of have literally 100s of prints and other artwork waiting to be framed, LOL. Hope you feel better soon Kathy!!
