I'm a 5'2 woman, so I can confirm I do indeed have abnormally small hands for a young man of my age, and adjustable levers are the shit and I swear by them. My favorite mod on my first bike.
The most important mod in my opinion is upgrading your security from stock. I know this is slightly different issue to the one discussed in the video, but technically these are mods and are rarely discussed in any detail, let alone reviewed. A fancy seat or an exhaust means little if your bike gets stolen. You do not even have to have an expensive satellite tracker, installed under your paint job to be totally invisible. A gsm one will suffice in most cases, provided you hide it well enough. Investing into proper locks is also vital.
@@drater6092 the track day is scheduled for this Thursday, April 13th, however I am sure they are both making videos for their YT channels and I’m sure that will be posted at a later date Im guessing. Any sneak peaks or other info I am guessing will be in both of their instagram accounts on Thursday. Will see.
Something that might help. I run integrated and flush mounted signals on my R6. I'm pretty sure it's still not 100% legal since they have a minimum distance from the body they are supposed to sit but the setup is bright and works well. I have integrated signals in my headlights and taillights as well as flush mounted signals under my tail and on my forward fairings. With both integrated and flush mounted signals if you're getting a ticket for it, it's likely because you were caught doing something dumb and the officer is making an example out of you and tacked it on as a lesser charge.(at least here in the US)
You will learn that most of the performance mods advised on his channel only work ( as in: are legal ) for some parts of the U.S. - where apparently no one cares about what you do to your bike, like if you put a different sprocket in, use a different gear lever, use indicators with an integrated brake light or swap Halogen for an LED installation. Changing anything performance- and operations- related will not be legal in most / all european countries; with some luck you might get it approved by your technical supervisor person, but of course this will cost a fee. And with some mods, they'd just laugh you straight off their property.
I ride an 07 Ninja as my daily and it was annoying only having room for stuff in my backpack which always had my camera gear in it. I got a cheap $20 tail bag and its crazy how convenient it is. Being able to just grab food on the way home is really nice
Doing 4 track days a year is quite a lot of track time, actually. In places with 4 seasons, riding season only lasts from about the 4th of July through Halloween or so, and is interrupted by boating and camping season.
Peeling a BANANA with your toes....!!!! Yammie noob : And I'm doing regularly..... 😳😳😳 🤯🤯🤯 Hand's finger🖐🏻 : We are leaving your body... What's the USE of us anymore..!!!! 😅😅😅
How about all those guys buying adjustable stuff and have never adjusted the factory stuff? That's the first thing I do with a new bike (used new'ish) is set all the controls. Usually use the same grips on all of them too. "I need adjustable levers. It's so uncomfortable." That's because it's pointing up in the air ya nob!
got the dad atgat sport tour bike w/ bags that each hold a full face, motorized windscreen, sargent sport seat replacement. Need the adjustable brake levers, heated grips, barkbusters & custom foot pegs! Thanks Yammie . taking a hard look at sizzapp.
Just don't connect your usb charger directly to the battery or it will drain the battery (or just increase wear for regular riders) it should turn on with the bike like most electrical equipment
Had my brother add a 1/4 inch of foam to my r1 seat. Changed the game! Four or five hours in the saddle are nothing. When I swap bikes with buddies now, I don't know how they still deal with factory seats.
dude tail bags are the sh!t I use to have to plan whether I was gonna pick up something or what not and throw on a back pack that might be cumbersome everyone just get a tail bag or some storage your quality of ride will be better because you wont have to worry about not finishing your meal at bww or forgetting you need to pick up laundry detergent while on your ride plus it makes you take your bike out for way more errands because its one less thing you have to worry about to get in the saddle.
One of those tank bags might be cool. Right now I've got a backpack on the sissy bar. Tied and bungee strapped in. It's kinda funny lookin but triples what I can carry in saddle bags alone. Won't be so bad with the nicer weather coming though rain gear, change of clothes for the inevitable rain/change of temp, tool bag, quart of oil. That's just on the bike. Then there's phone, wallet, smokes, Bluetooth/charging box etc. Run out of real estate real quick.
Yo Yammie! Great vid. Luggage, luggage and - I can’t strain it enough - luggage. Riding with a backpack is crap, You can’t really use ventilation options present on most riding jackets and after an hour or so it puts strain on Your shoulders. Don’t think only dedicated motorcycle bags: throw a luggage rack onto Your machine and then a raintight duffel from an outdoor sports vendor. Is usually cheaper this way - gear „intended for motorcycling” usually has a heftier pricetag attached by definition. Same goes for fastening straps. Those from a tool-store are as good as those from a motorcycle accesories market and usually 10$ cheaper for a set.
How about a video on specific brands for these mods. I would like to get a nice set of levers and rear sets but don’t know which brands are best out of the million brands at all different price points. I know this is a subjective subject but which brands are quality with customer service to back it up?
I do storage I have a 65 L locking box and a smaller front box that both lock and they’re both supposed to be waterproof especially the back one and it doesn’t matter. Nobody can make fun of it and if they do, I don’t care I don’t care so much, it’s hilarious. I had to MacGyver the stuff to make it work, but it totally works.
Yo Yammmieeee ur the fu king man dude but as someone who can ride just as fast as anyone (like everyone else tbh) I think u Needa stress the fact that braking is the hardest part of riding if u can think of some drills to work on it and share it w us I know I would appreciate it and I’m sure everyone else will too keep it up ur killing it man !
As much as I've gotten a sore butt from my stock seat, I'll never be able to justify the high cost of an aftermarket one. I do love my adjustable levers though on account of my small hands.
I got a USB charger from Cycle Gear, that just happens to have a battery tender connection in line, about 6 inches from the USB port. Mounted the USB on the triple tree, leaving the battery tender hookup very accessible.
As a Harley guy i definitely got the the upgraded seat and i have all the bag space. LOL Surprised you didn't included Harley bros or GW riders with the ADV dad's 😂
I have the removable Shad cases, and A Chic Design Road Comet fairing on my Z900RS. They are fabuloso. Also have the lowered seat for my stumpy legs. THe bike came with adjustable levers.
i started on my first bike with a nelson-rigg tank bag thats like 12 years old that my mom had on her first motorcycle. man its fucking awesome. got tools, electrical tape, zip ties, cleaning cloth, kick stand puck, small notebook, pens, sunglasses, eye drops, ear plugs, i got all kinds of little shit that you might need while on a bike in that bag. all the little shit i dont have to carry on me. oh and all my legal info, insurance, reg, etc.. and during a ride ill keep my phone, vape, and vape juice in there, and can keep typical soda/drink bottles and snacks in it. with all the other above listed stuff. a magnetic tank bag really is a no-brainer.
Hello Yammie noob, please can you review the new Yamaha R125cc 2023 model please, for us younger riders we would love to see how these new bikes are before buying them.
So to start I am in my mid 30s and I love my harley but when I got my first cruiser I hated the look of a tour pack but now that I have had one for some years I have to say any bike I get that I think that I am going to do an over night or to work ride will have a tour pack cuz it is so much nicer to not have a backpack on cuz I work in I.T. and have like 2 or even more laptops in my bag, and that shit is heavy
I agree with all, with the exception of.... Hand guards! I believe they create turbulence and poor handling at highway speeds, especially when near large vehicles.
They should have an on/off switch (unless you cheap out). I made one for my bike that's in a 3d printed case with a DC/DC buck converter with a switch (purely because I know the quality and capability of the electronics, as well as using them common with a lot of my other projects and being able to set the precise voltage output).
I just installed the quad lock 12 volt adapter on my bike. It runs from the battery and has a battery charger connection that I placed where I can disconnect it and connect the battery charger without removing the seat.
Seats... Uagh! I got a first gen FZ/MT07 and I cannot find a better seat for this thing! Well... there is one from Corbin but it's hideious and WAAAAAAY too expensive.

I'm terrified by the amount of toes footage that Yammie found/used for this video
Scary
"Found" in his meticulously curated feet pics folder.
..... he's be on a cuckold feet and occult topics for a while, I'm concerned for him, 🤔🤷♂️😂😂😂
Right as I was watching that part too

Be careful with integrated lights, some places have legal minimum separations of the signals (330mm in the UK)

Same here in Europe. Maybe you'll get integrated lights as a brexit bonus.
@@docthebiker How do you people manage to get brexit into every single convo? 😆
Yeah integrated taillights and headlights are illegal in PA where I'm from

Surprisingly i have added most of these which makes me easily ride 4 hour road trips inone sitting

I love my Thunderbird, and my Africa Twin but I gotta say both could do with more comfortable seats. And decent screens.

Was able to run busters and bar end mirrors on my xsr900 looked rad made for some good off roading
The dude with the ARs on his dragon bike is Mel we buy our pew pews from him 💀
handle grip, master brakes, proguards, hydraulic clutch, handle, tires i do put smaller turn signal just to make it clean

Luggage and storage on a motorcycle is underrated until someone asks if you can carry something in your bags 😁

I slipped on the backpack as you talked about luggage and how crappy the back pack is. That is some good timing

Integrated signals in the uk means your bike won’t pass its yearly Mot (it sucks) they have be a certain distance apart

A custom seat on my Navi transformed the ride.
1:03 How did he find that footage? 🤨 kind of sus if you ask me

an actual honda rc33, never thought i would see one on here...

i just love the random Singaporean representation 9.49
Just hooking up that USB charger to the battery directly is the reason you need battery tender leads to begin with

For me it’s the charger mod. Thing always comes in clutch
I would pay real money to watch Yammie peel bananas with his toes...who's with me?
I just installed the quad lock 12 volt adapter on my bike. It runs from the battery and has a battery charger connection that I placed where I can disconnect it and connect the battery charger without removing the seat.
This video = yammie dad-mode
I've done the ajustable levers but that was because I dropped my bike practicing U turns
You should make a vid on good sites to get new streetbike parts after someone’s wrecked theirs 😅
Best motorcycle mod i saw is a dude that fused his wheelchair and his bike.

do you guys ship to canada

plz do a garage tour
Mr. Noob;
" Just the few times you were hugged as a child "......why ?..... Why you wanna keep reminding 'ME' of THAT !/? DAMMIT !
Tks. much.
I cannot fathom anyone on a performance motorcycle preferring long levers… Shorties ALL DAY LONG.
Seats... Uagh! I got a first gen FZ/MT07 and I cannot find a better seat for this thing! Well... there is one from Corbin but it's hideious and WAAAAAAY too expensive.

why do you keep singeling out gsxr bikes (sorry for bad english its not my first langueg)
