Same here, but I'm 43 with a bum knee. The good thing is I can still Coach for my son's team.

I didn't catch the name of the shorter goalkeeper, and as a shorter goalkeeper at only 5'4, I was wondering his height. I also was wondering how he accommodates for the lack of height since it seems that people taller than me are able to get saves off a lot easier while I have to work harder for them. Of course I'm doing things like plyo workouts and things like that, but I was hoping there was more I could do. Can yall help me?
The shorter keeper is Charlie Searle and he is playing in the conference south. As a shorter keeper it is important to work on explosive movements to increase jumping power & spring. Also working on speed/footwork can be very useful to make saves more comfortable rather than making a dive at full extension. Hope that helps 👍🏽
