    I usually play Nami or Kuro
    But yeah in Yellow Yamato/Katakuri, the Tbolts are clutch lmao. The real MVPs here lmao.
    I wish i lived close to a locals location 😢

    I’ve been playing Katakuri nonstop. Mainly practicing for OP04 meta. The law matchup really is a hard one and most of the time (if both players play perfectly) the law player will come out on top. It really just depends on what triggers you get, the order of said triggers you get, perfect play (one simple mistake will easily cause loss in this matchup), and being aggressive from the start (hit for life when you know you can deal real damage, cards or life, and control the board when necessary). I really love how yellow got another trigger blocker, so it helps make this matchup not as polarizing. Regardless now, with yellow being so optimized, always a fun game!! 😂

    Are decklists for this match up posted somewhere?

      Unfortunately not. I could ask them as I know both players, but they’ve both changed up their decks a lot by now lol.

    why did the law no take both lifes before kata got to 10 don.
    he loses it anyway.
    isnt it better to take the card and give less value to the big mom drop?

    • @lifeunderthestarstv
      @lifeunderthestarstv Рік тому +1

      Kinda. Nothing stopping him going all in instead of 10c if opponent has 0 life.

      Unfortunately there’s no way to show their cards as this is from one of our local tournaments. We just set up the tripod and they play their match out. Don’t want to ask them to hold up their hands at the end of every turn or something. Just happy they let us record this crazy finals match!

    Idk if im missing something but how did Law Player pick up nami for zoro at 10:50 for free? He only discarded the don that where attached to nami and. And nami even went to his hand. So how did he do that?

      @@krnlota6:58 he taps two grabs nami and pays one to play nami, you can’t do that due to the fact when you pay two and choose nami to bring back to your hand you have to drop another character with a different color due to law leaders effect. Watch it again.

    Law leader cant bring up a red card and play it back, thats cheating it clearly states in the leader effect it has to be different color, and thats clearly known by so pro players.

      I noticed this too. According to the commentator, he did not choose to swap another green card on place of nami. He just used 1 Don to summon nami again. But i don't know if it's allowed not to shamble out a green character if you use Law's ability.

    • @Sqursrey
      @Sqursrey Рік тому +1

      He didn’t “play it back” off of leader effect. At 5:00 and 10:40 it’s blocker law’s effect. At 7:08 he used leader effect to get back the nami, then chose to not replace it with anything which is perfectly legal bc law reads play UP to 1, this is “clearly known by pro players” as you put it. Then he tapped 1 to play nami again. Maybe don’t comment so confidently in the future if you aren’t sure what’s happening.
