Heh, I was thinking that Arsenal might do well to sign Kimmich from Bayern Munich, should he still be on the market. IMHO Rice is better off playing with a CDM behind, and with both Partey and Jorginho on the wrong side of 30, Kimmich might be a good, albeit short termed solution that would really elevate Arsenal. As for Manchester United, my pick is still Alfie Doughty - one of the bright sparks from a plucky Luton side.
"He was heavily linked to Manchester United wasn't he" Yes congratulations, Frankie De Jong wasn't just "Linked" they bid multiple times and he publicly said he didn't want to leave
sky, you have to make both Nieve and JLA frequents on your various selections of football content. as youtubers its light and day between these two and the rest.
It was a very clever signing. Done outside of the transfer window so media didn't pick up on it, and he's one of the best young strikers in world football at the moment. Very smart business for only £30m
Unfortunately feels like Pickford's missed his chance now that he's signed a new contract. He should've gone when Spurs/Chelsea/Utd/Arsenal were all signing new GKs. Now he's gonna cost loads cause he basically keeps Everton up, he's probably worth hundreds of millions to them, only thing could be if Everton have to sell to balance FFP then he could go for like 40-60m? But then idk if Chelsea can afford to pay that when they already have Petrovic, Sanchez, and Kepa
You guys don't any more GK's period. Petrovic is pretty good and clearly has a lot of upside. You just need a much better defensive structure and more balanced midfield which can be solved with a couple of experienced players in both areas.
Petrovic should stay in the starting 11 to be trained to become a more solid keeper, so signing a new backup keeper who can challenge his spot would be more reasonable. I think Jeremias Ledesma from Cadiz is a good choice as he is one of the best keeper in la liga and single-handedly saved Cadiz multiple seasons. Also his is passionate and experienced enough to motivate the team and his goalkeeping ability is solid
Brentford already signed a striker in January for a club-record fee. I’m a bee so I must admit that I don’t know as much about other clubs’ transfers. However, if I was being paid to go on Sky Sports, I would expect to already have such knowledge, and if not, would have certainly done my research.
1.For liverpool i would say mats wieffer. They are in need of a spine signing and wieffer being the spine for slot at feyenoord makes this signing a priority. 2.Soule should go for a top 6 side not wolfes
Frenkie De Jong isn't a player that Arsenal "MUST SIGN" though. Rice can do exactly what he does so it would make better sense to get a CDM to free up Rice more, or an actual no.9 seen as Jorginho is staying.
would LOVE kimmich at City don't get me wrong, but he seems to get linked with teams every year and Bayern simply don't let go of their players unless they seriously drop off. Particularly their German players.

She should be on MoTD!
Frankie de jong is the perfect fit for Man City.
He would shine at United....
@@H1toosavHe would shine anywhere tho.
@@H1toosavno one shines at Man Utd
@@H1toosav Man U would destroy him
@Takkks
*Though
Brentford have already signed their Ivan Toney replacement so probably don't need a striker desperately, unless they also loose Wissa.
Stuntpeg is the best!! She is absolute class
Knowledgeable and hot. I need to break up with my fiance
im actually really impressed, she knows what shes talking about and she has some really great ideas. I cant believe ive never heard of her
"He was heavily linked to Manchester United wasn't he"
Yes congratulations, Frankie De Jong wasn't just "Linked" they bid multiple times and he publicly said he didn't want to leave
Nieve got City's pick PERFECTLY. Kimmich would be a juggernaut signing for not much money when you look at the class of player you are getting
Love the shout of kubo to newcastle he has been on my wishlist ever since the take over.
He's extremely overrated with very small contribution as well, much rather give chance to Minteh who has been cooking for Feyenoord.
Nieve is hands down the best pundit that has featured on this show
She's literally not a pundit. None of them in this video are.
Always a great Nieve episode when I don’t know half of the players mentioned!
as a die hard man city fan, i have never thought of kimmich this summer. it makes total sense. good shout
City has die hard fans?! Hardly believable 🤣🤣
Shout out to Nieve with some great choices tbh!
These two and James Alcot are the best
we just need a show for nieve because none of the other guests are going into this much detail, she’s way above the others
sky, you have to make both Nieve and JLA frequents on your various selections of football content. as youtubers its light and day between these two and the rest.
Bradley locko for united is actually a great shout a young good attacking left back with a lot of potential but i think this move would come to soon
Brentford have already bought a Striker for £30m
The fact no one knows Brentford have already signed a replacement for Toney already is hilarious 🤣
Idd Thiago.
It was a very clever signing. Done outside of the transfer window so media didn't pick up on it, and he's one of the best young strikers in world football at the moment. Very smart business for only £30m
Who ?
Chelsea fan here and I don’t hate the Pickford shout.
Wouldn’t have thought of it at all.
You just need a much better defensive structure and more balanced midfield which can be solved with a couple of experienced players in both areas.
its an awful shout
Ya sign the keeper that let in 6 against us when or petrovic has left in 2 in his last three games
@@woody19995 oh right sorry, my bad.
Didn’t think of it like that. Silly me.
Nieve take a bow. Best thing to have happened to this chanel
So glad no one said “rolls royce defender” today, shows the guests are getting better
Nieve is just class, she genuinely knows so much about all the teams not just the usual ‘big’ six!
Joey Barton be having a meltdown! 😅 She's good
Brentford already signed a striker in January for a club-record fee. I’m a bee so I must admit that I don’t know as much about other clubs’ transfers. However, if I was being paid to go on Sky Sports, I would expect to already have such knowledge, and if not, would have certainly done my research.
Palace - Chalobah
Newcastle - Mbuemo
Villa - Singo
Big ups Lawrence for dressing up as Sketch for this Sky Sports appearance
PegStuntt insaneeeeeeee!!! So proud she made it on Saturday Social!!!
Her understanding of the game is brilliant
This is when Saturday Social is good. No need for a show full of hot takes, just knowledge.
1.For liverpool i would say mats wieffer. They are in need of a spine signing and wieffer being the spine for slot at feyenoord makes this signing a priority.
2.Soule should go for a top 6 side not wolfes
I'm surprised that sevilla striker en nesyri has not been mentioned that wolves could get him
Good guest good knowledge
Impressive knowledge on players from all leagues.
Diogo Costa is probably a better solution for chelsea, if we are talking about keepers
Its just the question how much money they have.
Amazing Analysis 👏🏾💯
Nieve knows ball! Knowledgeable and has solid arguments to back her picks. Sky should bring her more often
*FOOTball
Nieve doesnt take lazy picks she does her homework and has logic behind her player picks. W scout
This girl is top notch 👌
Frenkie De Jong isn't a player that Arsenal "MUST SIGN" though. Rice can do exactly what he does so it would make better sense to get a CDM to free up Rice more, or an actual no.9 seen as Jorginho is staying.
would LOVE kimmich at City don't get me wrong, but he seems to get linked with teams every year and Bayern simply don't let go of their players unless they seriously drop off. Particularly their German players.
Honestly, I love this girl.
Her football knowledge is extensive & spot on. I agree with most of her picks.
However, as a Chelsea fan.. I think world-class Kimmich would take my midfield to the next level.
