Can i flash my ecu multiple times? Is there a limit of programming your car using the device because of changing settings like tire size then you need write it again to your ecu? Lets say your doing it multiple times because of correcting your speedo

I have a 2016 ram 1500 5.7hemi with a 8 speed tranny and i wanna get a bullydog bdx programmer but im wondering if i need to swap out a pcm or anything like that.
I want to avoid that if possible

Why does this device bdx 40470 not work with Jeep Wrangler 2015 until now? I bought it two years ago and it did not work until today. Or a return to the company because the seller from whom you purchased the device refused a return.
