- Here discussing the mobile VEVOR 32 gallon Diesel polyethylene tank with large wheels. I considered the 30 gallon diesel caddy, as well as the 58 gallon diesel fuel tank, they all have 12 volt pumps, and discuss why those were not the best choice for my situation.

Any idea what makes it a diesel pump vs gasoline?
IDK for sure, but I think it has to do with the way the pumps are made. Considering gasoline is explosive, and Diesel is only flammable, the pumps have to be made differently, I'm assuming there has to be more protection from the electric side of the motor to the pump side for the gasoline version. And I think this is why the diesel pumps say explicitly on them "diesel only". Great question, thanks for asking that, I wish I had researched that to put that in my video 👍
Is it manageable to lift off the back of your truck when full?
@@NaughtyGoatFarm two guys should be able to do it. My brother in law and I lift a 30 gallon barrel that’s attached to a 2 wheel cart in and out of the back of a truck.
@@NaughtyGoatFarm Honestly I have not tried it. What I worry about is if I used the "handles" to lift it off (like with pallet forks or a heavy strap) they may deform or even break. It seems others are rolling it out of the truck bed onto their tractor loader or a pallet with a solid wood top (with forks) and tying it down to the pallet/forks. Of course a "Tommy Lift" gate would be ideal but they are quite expensive. I am considering building a dirt "ramp" that I can back the truck up to, roll the caddy onto a flat part of the dirt ramp, and then roll it down a very gradual angle ramp. IDK. Let me know if you have any ideas or you work anything out! Thx for watching
