I do not mind a man who leads. I have no problem with submission. But a great leader has to be a loving communicator first. This goes hand in hand with a beautiful woman. Things will align if the communication is beautiful. His relationship with God has to be on point, too. When a woman can see that man honoring God in the home, then submission from her will follow.

I don't have a problem with him asking me to go here or there for him, but I do have a problem when there is no manners behind it. You know what they say! It's not what you say but it's how you say it...🙏🏽💚

I will follow his lead when he shows me he is capable of managing himself. I want to be submissive to my husband but trusting him means that he have to prove to me he can be trusted.

I do agree! I want a man to lead. If he is a good man and he loves you and sees you as his forever, he is not going to lead you in the wrong direction! Real men are simple and don't ask for much. If you question a man or your man's leadership, maybe it's time to be single or get a new man ❤

Cool-videos! My five-year relationship came to an end a month ago. The love of my life chose to leave, and I can't stop thinking about him; I love him so deeply. I've done everything I can to win him back, but nothing seems to work. I'm feeling frustrated and can't imagine my life with anyone else. Despite my efforts to move on, I just can't shake the thoughts of him. I don’t know why I’m sharing this, (but I really miss him)

Saying goodbye to someone you love is difficult; I know this from my 12-year relationship ending. But I was unable to simply let him go, so I made every effort to get him back. I eventually sought aid from a spiritual counselor, who was able to help me regain his affection.

It's interesting! How can I contact a spiritual counselor most efficiently, and how did you find one?

If he can't speak with respect and come from a good, respectful place, it's a NO for me.

It’s all about making request and being heard. If I request he get something off a top shelf it’s an opportunity for him to help. If he request I iron his shirt for an important meeting it’s an opportunity to help. We should be in the mindset of listening and fulfilling request.

    The Bible says:
    Ephesians 5:22-25 (NIV)
    22. Wives, submit yourself to your own husbands as you do to the Lord.
    23. For the husband is the head of his wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior.
    24. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.
    25. Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.

Stephan, there is never a reason to question a man who is close to God. I wouldn’t question a man I am with when I know that that man honors the Lord. Why would I?

Do you mostly do what God says? Do you wait to have sex before marriage? If not, why would you listen to mere man?

All men close to God don't necessarily handle the responsibility of leading the home and a partner correctly . They get stuck - in a variety of ways. ..... When trust is established, being led in the home and relationship is not problematic . It's the how, eg with love and respect that makes a difference. ..... That said, just because a male has a relationship with God / Christ it doesn't make him a good leader .

When I ask my husband to do something, he almost always pushes back with rearranging it to get the responsibility off him and onto me. This is with fatherly duties. When my child does something wrong, my husband looks at me and tells me what our child is doing instead of simply dealing with our child directly. But I think it works both ways. Me asking for reasonable things isn't trying to be the leader. It's just being a team as he asks me for things too.
