Chile!! This is a WORD!! I just got 2 iron infusion in October and got on vitamins. I would take long naps. Feeling sluggish. I'm on the up and up now. I didn't have any energy for nothing..I decided to do better for myself. 2025 will be it for me.
It's very important to stay on top of your health & to be proactive with it, so i definitely agree with you here sir. Making even small changes sometimes can have a huge impact. I'll be 49 yrs old in February, & i feel like i'm aging in reverse lol. I also very much agree w/the positive energy statement. Mindset is everything! ☺️

I am 47 and got hit with perimenopausal symptoms this year, gosh darn nearly got taken out with how horrible it is. No MAN, no MALE cares about this! As soon as you get hit with extreme fatigue or insomnia or incontinence or hair loss & thinning GO SEE your primary care and GYN for blood work and a full hormone panel sooner than later and go see your board certified dermatologist Depending on your results get a referral to an Endo ASAP. Advocate for yourself! All the males walking around on TRT thinking they’re the shit…..because they’re on TRT (drugs). Sooner than later Trust Me!
@ I don’t do either, I diet, nutrient dense diet, enough protein, lift weights, and light cardio. Symptoms on how hard they come are different for every female.

Vitamin D & B12 game changers, I too started eating foods according too my bloodtype , but i miss eating chicken 😂
I have been struggling with not eating chicken and incorporating lamb using the blood type way of eating.

Also, improve your diet and exercise and cut way back on alcohol. This and stress management really helps with symptoms.
@Himmiefan agreed. Soon as I dropped alcohol and caffeine, my symptoms subsided along with moving more, eating less salt.
