If you don't need to control Stepper motors , You could also use a light control DMX program like Qlight controller which is free then get a generic amazon USB to DMX cable and link that to an amazon DMX relay control board. You can then turn the relays on and off when you need by setting each relay as a fixture and set the DMX address of the relay card in Qlight. I use the relay card with my DMC controller but you don't need Dragonfrane to do that.
Love how you simplify the reason for having all this equipment in the set up. I really can see that it is more efficient especially when you need time to "ONLY" focus on the shot. I am learning a lot here. Thank you Kirth.
