Bro you solve the alignment issue by changing to old bullet Swingarmbush I too face the same issue but by changing swingarmbush it got solved.
I also face the issue of gear shifting I think most of them face the same issue.

It's a common issue even I too have tha same issue....
It's because of there oil seal issue... nothing can be done in this regard

Even I had right side pulling issue which is fixed by dealership through wheel alignment. According to them every alternate service wheel balancing should be done. About gear shift I too face the issue sometimes and we have to live with it I think.
