I own a std 350.
Its been 4 years.
Trust me dnt go for 110 size tyres like classic 350, the std 350 has its own riding comfort and if you are changing the tyres to 110 u will have to change the rims, bend the wheel arch, sometimes u will habe to change the sprocket too or will damage the existing one.
Its true that the stock tyre is not a suitable one, if u r not ok with it change it now.
Michelin sirac street 3.50-19, its an al purpose one, good for highway, city and off road too.
Cost varies at different places from 2300 to 2500 max.
