Our friends were far away but we still got closer than most of our real life friends. Because of all the memories we all had together. This is to all who cherish our gaming memories. I admit I played so many great games that made me shed tears but the "And I am so proud of you, and Ben would be too." from Aunt May in Spider Man killed me inside. I loved Spider Man when I was a child, he was my favorite and this Game was a Masterpiece. This scene was just as beautiful as it was sad.
Call me weird but I had that same feeling when I was playing legend of Zelda the wind waker, the scene at the beginning of the game where the player is setting sail and his grandmother just watching in sadness and later coming back to her and she's in such a bad state that the only thing that can save her is a fairy which implies that she's fucking dead and the player basically killed her by leaving just hit me so hard I almost had a literal mental breakdown when I revisited it years later and the reason being is I live with my grandmother and aunt cause I don't have a proper mother or father and just seeing that set something off in me anyway yeah I watched a play through of spider man cause I don't really have the money for the game but that scene man it hit me like an 18 wheeler going mach 9

So many of these edits show clips of the scenes expecting you to know what game they’re from and the emotional weight tied to it. I’ve never played any of these games but I think this edit finally made me feel like played these games. After all, these edits should be designed to be sent to friends who mock video games and know nothing about these scenes.

It hurts when they don't understand. They play the game to kill, and they don't listen to the aspects of it, it's not for all people. I get it. But some of them were like, childhood memories. I could even relate any game to life, and my special game is Red Dead and it's 4 games- the making of characters in video games and there will always be special in a unexplainable way, they'll never understand. I hope they keep making the special ones with that aspect
I wanna make one with Gears of war starting the video with Dom saying "Jack, open it up" when he finds his wife and a few other gears scenes. Some red dead scenes, and maybe even star wars tfu ending where he sacrifices himself. And maybe the killzone 2 scene where templar sacrifices himself too. A cod scene or two will do as well, when soap dies.
One of the first games I played was Red dead Redemption 2 as a kid and I never really went through and enjoyed it as much as a would want nowadays older and more mature but just seeing the pure nostalgia of this video made me think of all the things I did do in the game and how great it really was even if I was a kid.
