yeah I definitely felt being in middle of nowhere Utah was contributing to your boredom. Nothing to do there other than have kids, you need more friends and getting out more.

It’s not really weird to be sad about it, Aspen. A lot of good things happened too and you’re saying goodbye to a place that holds a lot of energy from those memories. I hope you find the peace and comfort you need in Cali. It’s a gorgeous place and I hope to move back there one day too. ❤
I’m so jealous you’re moving to California! I lived there during grad school and LOVED it, but got suckered into moving to SLC for a job that ended up being the absolute worst. It’s been nice being near family here but I want to move back so bad. Someday 🤞🏽 But congratulations on the new house! I hope you guys live the happiest life closer to the beach and away from the cold. ❤
I wouldn’t recommend the Nickelodeon resort in the DR! I went 2 years ago, and it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t my favorite. It’s definitely different than the advertising makes it out to be!
Hi Aspyn, I understand how you feel. I wanted to move away also and it was just a dream until we suddenly found a house and bought it (and the ball started rolling). So happy we moved but I felt nostalgic about everything of the old house, like my kids first steps were there and everthing😅. Also, seeing your baby is not good for my babyfever, now I'm questioning if I should go for a third haha. Maybe you can make a video about the transition from 2-3 when she's 1? :)
