- Since turning 60 I have drawn motivation from trying to beat my club's F60 road records.
So far I have managed to take the 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, 20 miles and Marathon.
So I jumped at the chance to race a licensed 5 mile road race in the lovely county of Suffolk, whilst enjoying a mini break down there.
Could I maintain 8 minute mile pace on this hilly course?
