Nice to see that more of the "magic" seems to be good in this version. In the original, I pretty much just used the Attack command full time for offense, unless I could use Geno Blast or Geno Flash, saving my FP for the Princess' healing.
Lets hope for it! but... the chances are pretty very low since alphadream is dead. is most likely we get a reboot than remake but if it a reboot that would mean the gameplay mechanics would be so different that the one used in the originals and the 3d remakes.
Remember back in the day when Culex was considered the hardest boss in the original Super Mario RPG and almost in every Top 10, he was in it? Well, I believe he surpassed himself as one of the hardest Mario bosses ever with his rematch
I remember those days and I must agree: Culex 3d is one of, if not, the hardest mario boss fight ever. I mean, aside from the normal Culex tricks, like Petal Blast, Light Beam and 5 attacks per turn, he also gets an increase in damage, 20000 HP IN TOTAL, a move that can lock you out from attack, or more specifically using the A button, a first move that drops your first 3 party members to 1 HP Cackletta’s Soul style and a counter that counts down to zero and when it does, it can kill the entirity or just 1 of your party members. Did I also mention that on the 3 count, he disables all of your buffs? The only thing that maybe could prevent him from being the hardest boss is the ability to use a triple move, which does an immense amount of HP, and the ability to swap out members of your party when down, which you WILL need for this fight. To conclude, Culex 3d maybe gets beaten by someone like Bowser X, Antasma X or Shadow Queen/Bonetail as hardest Mario boss, but is still one of the top 5 hardest.
