Thanks Spencer, this is the best most informative video for me personally that you have made to date. I have followed you from the beginning! I am also a Zone VI 8x10 and 4x5 owner! Keep shooting and please make more videos like this one! Thanks, John.

Great video Spencer, we cut picture mounts in the uk (photo mats as they are known over there) - www.cadremont.co.uk/shop/picture-mounts/ for an example. Love to see prints in the flesh so to speak rather than just digital. We do lots of large prints these days - it seems this is the current trend when displaying pictures. We also plan in the near future to do a video about how people can easily add an eCommerce shop to any website (no technical ability required) and also how to put it directly into FaceBook so photographers can sell directly in FaceBook

Hi Spencer, I really like your photography style, I wish I had the knowledge and the space :)
I intend to make large prints from my paintings, more than 1 metre would be great. Some say the mega pixel are important and others printers say that with a 20 mp camara will be ok. I want your opinion, should I upgrade to a 24 megapixel versatile camera like leica Q or a really pro complicated 40 megapixel like the great sony 7Riii? thank you again.

Thanks for watching! Since you will be working with your paintings and you can fill the sensor mostly with the painting, you may want to look at a simple Nikon or Canon kit of 24mp. If you think you may want to go bigger than three meters, then something around the 40mp would help. I have a printing video on my channel where I show how to make prints and how to get more real estate out of the pixels if you need to. I would suggest watching that first and then think about which camera that would work for your needs. Thanks!

Hey Spencer, great to have you back !
Some very interesting ideas and affordable tips to get work printed.
That is what photography imho is meant to be in the first place : printed.
Doesn't matter the size, small can be beautiful as well.
Hopefully I can find something similar ( shopwise ) over here.
I definitely took away some ideas !
As always : great video and a big thank you for putting all this information together ! 🙏🙏🙏

Wow, you are certainly creative for your product marketing. You sell these on your web page (Word Press?) I have no clue how to create a web page. And Wou Tang (sp?) to hook to Paypal? I have many fine art photos in silver gelatine and inkjet, but no way to get my images seen. I just make them because its what I love doing as long as I can afford it. Good for you, I'm frustrated.

Great to hear you are making prints! Photos take on another dimension when they make it to paper. If you are looking for an easy way to get started on the web, you may want to look at wix.com or zenfolio.com. I have friends who use these and they are happy with it. Thanks for watching!
