Hey, I know this random but I wanted to take a moment to share the Gospel. Shoto Todoroki's main story is seeking to do what's right, to forgive and to have redemption, not just for himself, but for his family as well, but he struggles to do the right thing and to forgive his father because of the evil done to him and his family. So he ends up making wrong decisions, sure he might not be doing insanely evil stuff, but he's still making wrong decisions. Like all of us he is prone to doing wrong things that we shouldn't due. Lying, stealing, lust, unforgiveness etc. And perhaps we think if we do enough good, we can outweigh or make up for the evil things that we've done, but that's impossible as our sins through good works cannot be atoned for because if we tried something like that in court, saying "yeah I've made some mistakes, but look at all the good I've done." In the end that wouldn't matter, if the judge is just we wouldn't just be pardoned. We'd have to pay for our crimes, and since God is a perfect judge he has to punish our sin because he is good which would mean we'd spend eternity in hell. But God in his great love for us sent Jesus who is the expressed image of the invisible God to suffer and die on a cross, shedding his blood for our sins. This means that God made a way for us to be forgiven for our sins through Jesus Christ and only him. Works alone can't save you. In this repenting from sin and trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ is the only way to be forgiven of sin. In that God demonstrated just how much he loves you as he gave his life for you though you had sinned against him. And in this as Jesus forgives us if we come to him, we are to forgive others whether they deserve it or not, and that's really hard. Todoroki's story shows that, but like us, we don't deserve to be forgiven, yet Jesus forgives us for our sin if we come to him, so even if it's hard, with Christ we are able to forgive others. My speel is long so please read it as I red yours While I agree with your message of doing good and evoiding bad actions, I have to disagree with the way our god has decided to forgive our sins...I read the new testament and nothing in there indicates that our prophet Jesus Christ was crucified to forgive sins, also ,you said that god is perfect , so why would he want to become a baby, and kill himself (catholic and other christen sects say that Jesus is 100% god and 100% human at the same time which never ever has been spoken about in the bible ,even so it will be an interpretation of a vague verse) I know god can do anything ,but do you really think that it befits his Majesty to become a baby and get out of a women vegina? Either way, Jesus never claimed divinity,he only claimed to have the same mission as god,which many christian sects interpret as him being god with god. I moreover believe in the same god as the Jews and the Muslims, sincerely I tell you,Jesus in the bible (go search it) prayed to the father by putting his head on the ground, so why christians don't do that ,only the Muslims do ? I hope that our lost polytheists come back to worshipping the one true god ,that all the abrahamic religions worshipped. Thank you
