Pandas are delightful little fishes. This is a fine video. I am surprised that you can keep so many fishes in a relatively small aquarium. I would not dare to have so many, for fear of the ammonia level rising. My aquarium is almost the same size as yours (60 x 30 x 45 high, in those centimeter things, 24" x 12" x 15", in real money).
lol, there's two or three big ones surrounded by a ton of little ones. You can tell they've been up to something behind the plants ;), it looks like a very happy family :)
I strive to look carefully the water plants tank every day. That's all. But...You may find the dirty moss if you watch the movie in full screen of your PC. It's very difficult to keep the tank clean.
That's quite a frenzy there. Must be hungry. Let's hope they don't eat sand by mistake. I used to use sandy gravel (2mm diam.) and it didn't do well with bottom feeders and filter medium. So, I use 6mm pebbles. These are great for undergravel filtration as uneaten food passes through after a time before it goes moldy and is sucked by the filter. But to feed the lovely Cory's, I use a large glass Petri dish with 12mm walled edge. I put food in it by a plastic tube method where the frozen food is dropped in the tube first. It then slowly thaws and pieces gradually sinks to the bottom where there is an arched small 'door' so the food falls in the dish and every fish, not only Cory, has a chance to eat a morsel in a clean and healthy way. The tube opening is cut in a way where one end rests on the dish, the other end is open for the fish to get to the food. If pieces of food escapes between the mouthfuls and their tails flip it away, don't worry, other fishes are already on standby and so, nothing goes to waste.
Great video! I think I've seen it a hundered times now :D What exactly is in the plastic pipette? I am going to get corydoras too and want to feed them the same way as you do. Thanks!
Thank you for your interest. Your question is very difficult to answer in English. I change the water 1/3 of the tank once a week. and clean the filter once every two months. I guess you can watch corys easily if you keep dark the outside of your tank.
nokkeusi090 Great video. I would really like some Panda's but they seem to have a reputation for being less hardy than other Cory's. Have you ever had any problems with them? Thanks.
MartinJG100 Hi, Martin. Thank you for your comment. Yes, I heard that, too. I got nine Pandas 5 years ago. One of them was gone in next day. The second one was died after 1 week. Actually, they seem to be sensitive in a new tank. But they began to breed after 6 months. I have given more than 50 baby Pandas to my friends. Now 16 Pandas are fine in my tank. The eldest one could be 6 years old. So they seem to be strong enough if we prepare the comfortable tank for them.
I'm in Japan. You may see it at the site below. www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B01MTVTL2K/ref=psdc_2039411051_t2_B01MRSM5M3 I wish you will find it in your country.
Hey I was planning on a 10 gallon aquarium. Would it be acceptable to have about 4 or 5 panda cories? Also I hear these cories are a little harder to care for. Is this true? Have any panda cories died in your tank?
I guess it is enough. I got 9 pandas when I started this tank. First one was died just after I got them. Another 2 of them were died in three months. 6 pandas were remained. They have been lived for more than 5 years and gave me more than 100 babies.

did you get them to breed in a tank together with all those other fish?? If so I am impressed. Never gotten any corydoras to breed in anything other than a clean corydoras tank
Thank you for your interest. When I started this tank, I just tried to keep clean it. I never expected breeding them. 6 months later, I found their eggs on the water plants. So I collected them into the satellite tank and brought them up. Otherwise baby fishes would be a bate for other fishes.
CUTENESS OVERLOAD!!! Where did you get your pipette? Love it!! I have looked everywhere for one just like it for my frozen foods to give my 8 Cories. Can't find it ☹️
None of them look like hybrids to me, I'm not saying it isn't possible but I think it would be highly unlikely that trilineatus and panda would hybridize. Some cories do hybridize more frequently but I would not guess those two to hybridize with one another.

It's really fun seeing them swarm out of the "jungle" all at once, and then converge on the shrimp. Most adorable feeding frenzy ever!
They make quite an entrance! Panda Corys are really a joy to have and watch.
Love everything about your tank! The set up, the plants, the sand and ur fish look amazing!
The tank is absolutely stunning. So complex yet so simple. Love the sand beach and hard scape. Wow
Thank you.
I am encouraged by your cool words.

I use a filter paper for Japanese green tea. It's cheap and popular in Japan.

VanillaSnake21 Thank you for your comment. The half black fishes are trigonostigma heteromorpha.
nokkeusi090 Great video. I would really like some Panda's but they seem to have a reputation for being less hardy than other Cory's. Have you ever had any problems with them? Thanks.

MartinJG100 Get Some Peppers They are VERY hardy they acclimatise quite well and a ph of up to 8 is fine.
Do you rinse the shrimps before feeding? Cories don't like salt.
Not a bit more sand? They life on the ground on the amazonas... the rest is beautiful
Love the tank. Are you feeling baby brine or larger brine shrimp. Can’t tell?
I gave them frozen baby brine shrimps.
wow they all come out at once! that's how I can get them to come out of hiding. yay
Nice vid...where did you get the equipment to feed them with?
I'm in Japan.

I think 10 gallon is tooooooo small for fish... only with >54l
Nice thank, what type for sand do you use?
Corey Grimm Thank you, Corey.I have been using a river sand sold by Japanese company.
Is that something I can find online? Thank you for the video!

hello i wanted to ask what kind of brine shrimp you are giving to your corys?
I gave brine shrimp just after it hatched in this video.
Also Sometimes I use frozen brine shrimp.

How many and what size tank?
about 20.
This tank is 60w x 30d x 36h cm.
Are some of those "Panda" cories hybrids? It looks like that false julii may have been breeding with them. Very cool if so.
+Eric Williams Thank you for your comment.
I'm not sure they are.
Anyway, I love them very much.

Nah, that's not false but a true blue Julii.
The size of those harlequin rasboras disturbs me. I thought they only got to 2''?
The biggest one in my tank is almost 2 inch.
But a little bit smaller than 2 inch.
It's 7 years old.
Nice!
Thank you, Igor.
I visited your channel and found a beautiful family!
What is the size of your tank?
Hi KasieThis tank is 60 x 30 x 40 cm.
omg the baby ones
what sand are you using?
I use river sand.
