Ed, I think it's time to take the CIA prank to a bit of a different level. When you request for more backup, you should have a group of guys in suits as well who arrive. When they arrive, they walk in the direction of the victim, and as soon as they close in on the victim, they walk past the victim and go into a store or wherever. Basically a fake out. Just an idea.
*Additional notes* When the group of guys arrive, have it be in typical law enforcement model, such as a truck like a Chevy Tahoe.

Ed Bassmaster has brought a lot of joy into my life, even watching selected vids of his with my nine-year-old grandson. We even have a mentally challenged friend (she's 18) who can't really talk, knows a few words, but PSH is one of her favorite things in the world. She laughs and laughs!
