Those who know eat and drink minimum yet fill our hunger. Emotions and curiosity mind is the villian. So it is not halal.The trees and plants do not take lot of time to have revenge, for after wasting food, one does not get next course meal.
Vegetarian food is also halal. So makes sense for all to go halal and veggie at the same time.
