  • Deputies surrounded two apartments and waited approximately over an hour for a search warrant. A search warrant for a misdemeanor failure to appear bench warrant. Why was all this man power wasted on such a low offense?
The 57 year old lady claims the deputies bruised her after putting handcuffs on her.

Thugs with guns forcing entry into an innocent person's home after she told them to get off her property. End qualified immunity so these criminals can be held personally accountable. The taxpayer is sick of paying millions of dollars to cover crooked cops continually breaking the law. If they knew they would personally be held responsible for their actions the behaviour would change immediately.

That you can't do because Officers who had NOTHING to do with this event would be 'punished' as well. A Pension Fund is paid into by the Members, it is not some 'Government' fund. They would set themselves up to be sued by the remaining membership. Unfortunately the only way to hurt them is to hurt the State, which means 'hurting all of the citizens of said State.' Four States Legislators have wised up and reversed Qualified Immunity for Career Criminal Police Officers, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Montana. Smart decisions because they are tired of the Tax Payers paying for LEO's cowardice ways. Qualified Immunity needs to be reversed in all states. Cops have gone rouge, they don't care if you sue because the tax payers pay for the suit, you and I. Not only do they not deserve Qualified Immunity but they should be required by law to submit to at least two psych evaluations a year paid from their own pockets to keep their job, done by Qualified Professionals not affiliated with any police association or union. This will weed out the bad cops. They have become nothing but Career Criminals with badges! In John 10:10 we're told that Satan has come to steal, kill and destroy. I think he has recruited most of the LEO's, Judges and Prosecuting Attorney's in this Country! In some states an officer is only required to take 600 hours of training but to become a barber it take 4000 hours, 6.6 times longer, how right is that? The only sane conclusion you can come up with is that LEO's are stupid, corrupt and evil!

Really, removed qualified immunity you say. Might want to read the actual act from Colorado and reconsider that claim. Most civil rights violations are under federal law not state, a state cannot abolish federal immunity. Colorado actually allowed the officer to only be liable for $25,000 with the provision the city/state can indemnify the officer of all liability. That's almost more protection than QI provided anyway. I haven't looked at the other states but haven't seen any great increase in suits. I have seen continued violations in New Mexico and Colorado doesn't seem to have improved from it's basement status.
I don't see cops shaking in their boots anywhere.

The other point is to require by law they submit 2 a psych evaluations every year. Third get rid of corrupt Judges along with their puppet D.A.'s. Just this year in L.A. County Calif., 47 deputies were let go because they shouldn't have been allowed to be hired because they all FAILED their Psych test. I am ROLLING! That woman could have been my Momma when she was that age! When she said, "Get my nerves up!" I said OMG! Ma?! "A day late and a dollar short!" How many times in my youth did I hear her say that?! Get my Mom worked up and she sounds just like this woman (minus the 'Southern' accent)! I watched this twice and what gets it is this woman is YOUNGER THAN ME! I need to call my Momma! 😀 She KNEW what they were supposed to have though... A&B?
On a serious note, they asked _'Does this response happen to everyone?'_ *No!* It doesn't happen to the RICH and well connected and if your family had been a 'Black family' and this had transpired on your property, you might surely have watched your son be MURDERED in front of you! *_No more gaslighting!_* This would have went VERY WRONG at a 'Black person's home!' Michael Jackson was right... "They don't really care about us!" *AND* in some situations (she's sounds like my Mom!) _"It don't matter if your BLACK or WHITE!"_

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or *_may be sentenced to death._*
Last line there, May be Sentenced to death. In court we should always shoot for the moon against those cops. Push your attorney to demand a death sentence. Cop might wise up real quick...

    1) Trespassing,
    2) entering without a search warrant,
    3) failure to show search warrant,
    4) harassing the elderly and disabled,
    5) ignoring first amendment constitutional rights,
    6) failure to identify themselves as proper PD (badge number and name,
    7) threatening an innocent person to be arrested, who had committed no crime.
    8) causing anguish,
    9) unlawful arrest
    10) assault with a bodily injury,
    11) Wasting taxpayers money, overkill on the number of officers on the scene. This could be seen as an aggressive tactic.

Why so many law enforcement for a misdemeanor? I think language goes a long way also. When you're cussing like a sailor it's hard to respect that. She could have explained without yelling and cussing that she's been asleep on The couch and doesn't know where her daughter is. And her daughter should not have put her mother through all that. 57 isn't old, I'm coming up to 54 and that's not old! The cops were cocky, disrespectful, and too forceful from the beginning. I'm glad she recorded it bc they need to see their behavior and how they're violating someone's rights and the BASIC RIGHT OF PERSONAL RESPECT! I did get scared when I first started watching this, all that flashed before me was RUBY RIDGE RUBY RIDGE! I was fearful for the mom. Shame on the daughter. Go to damn court when ordered and prevent all this crap!
