I don't think these are all the possible endings. It seems there are 4 of them in total: keep Max alive and stay with David, keep Max alive and escape with Kate, kill Max and stay with David, kill Max and escape with Kate.
I am annoyed at the comment section 1. Gabe - Everyone keeps saying that Gabe should die and that he's annoying. First off, he's a fucking kid, of course he's annoying. Second off, so you wish for a kid to die, huh? 2. Kate - She tries her best. She truly does care about David's children and sees herself as a mother. And well, it's clear that she doesn't want to be together with David. What's so wrong with that? She doesn't seem to feel the same "spark" as she did when they got married, which is something that can happen to anyone. 3. Endings - The endings are the same, with or without Max.

You get the impression that siding with Kate is the "right" thing to do since she was in a bordering abusive relationship and Clem firmly beyond any doubt believes David is the new Neegan. So far it turns out that Kate is bored of her relationship which David was a little harsh on (but that's all....) and Clem was prioritizing AJ over anyone else despite that fact that all it would do was waste valuable resources. Unless we get some dumb twist at episode 5 where David really did plan the infighting or w/e - he hasn't actually done a damn thing wrong.
What could've went better is sparing Max, staying at Richmond with David and providing the truth. But I really do hope Negan can enter the Telltale game series.
