She's not bad but bandai is getting so lazy with their figures. It's a simple design, she should be close to perfect aesthetically and she should come with some powers effects
Very detailed review. I was looking for review like this. I personally love the figure and preordered her. Will probably also get Figma because it might have better articulation and more accesories.
Look at all that space underneath the face plates in the plastic tray. They could have packed her with SOME kind of accessories. A figure like this really needs to come with more for what Bandai is asking for these figures now that they acost on average between 6500-8000 yen.
Waiting for that figma since this might be the 5th anime series behind Evangelion, Made in Abyss, Chainsaw Man, and Konosuba to get me invested enough in their characters
In my opinion you get the shf if you want a figure with the bare minimum, also I feel the box is too big for the figure they should released her with a small box like the jjk first figures. I could Imagine figma including effect pieces or even the golden nuts plus the usual stand, but having less faceplates, the main problem with figma is that they tend to be more expensive and they can be hit or miss in which or they release a fire figure or release something so bad you can find a couple of years later for 30 usd.
Sometimes, SHF is the only one putting out the figure. It's funny because I saw the figma announcement literally a few minutes after I picked this one up. I also didn’t look into her before buying and was a bit surprised to find she had nothing else. She definitely didn't need that big of a box. And I definitely agree figma can be hit or miss...and pricey. Figma Okarun is around 1.5x SHF Okarun.
Thank you for her review! I was on the fence but I will wait what Figma does with her since their Okarun Figma looks promising! I hope the SH Figuarts is decent.
You're welcome, and thanks for watching! I mainly grabbed her cos she was cheap, and the anime was fun. Didn't know she was so barebones. Figma will probably have more to offer, but be slightly pricier, as we can already see from Okarun.
@ yeah and her articulation doesn’t look so great! Which is weird because SH Figuarts have improved on their articulation! Especially with their Naruto line! I have their Narutop 99 Naruto and Sakura, and they are so flexible!
Guess they thought she's a school girl with powers and didn't need proper action poses. Or maybe she's wearing 10 layers under the sweater and can't move because of that
I like how most of the time.... At least from what I see, because I don't own them personally myself. But people really love the tokusatsu SHF stuff while it's a mixed opinion on the anime SHF.... I guess it's easier to sculpt and engineered man or alien in cool armor than anime characters
Well I had to fight a bunch of Serpoians with nothing but a rusty spoon and a broken pen, but all my bananner-bits are secure! 2:07 - I've seen that on my Gabimaru SHF. Kinda annoying that sometimes the sleeve-bits in the shoulder come loose, and then end up not moving with the joint. Even so, it's okay, since he still gets a good range of motion (and unlike the figma, you don't feel gypped out since the price tag for his figma self is high for something that can't cover his glaring gaps). I still feel Figuarts' best still has to be their Mega Man Zero figure. Minimal gaps, design that's faithful to the games, and really good articulation. Pity he's become pricey and was a rare online exclusive so it's really hard to nab one. 5:57 - Because in Snail Shell's design team of feetishists, nobody wants to be the Kira Yoshikage.
Good that the bits are secure xD I totally don't pay enough attention to SHF. Seems the arm thing is more common than I thought. It's actually quite similar to Snail Shell's lil arm ring too. Rockman Zero is a name I haven't heard in a while. Looks rare indeed. It's just an extra tray though, not over the top 😅
@@NoGoodFigures Trust me, the name of Mega Man/Rockman is one Capcom's been conflicted over using for a long while now this past decade and a half. Keeping it like Mickey as a mere corporate mascot without fleshing out its universe... And yeah, Zero was a bit rare to grab online for US buyers back in the day, and then became even rarer now. I'm still hoping for more figures of him to rise up someday...
I totally didn't notice I typed Rockman instead. I don't have too much experience with them besides a bit of GBA(?) gaming but any kind of new figure is always cool
She looks kinda like a knock-off. I'm a little sad cuz was thinking about buying her. Love the show! I will wait for a different release, Figma probably
It's probably because the paint shows up more bumpy on camera. In person, she looks pretty 'standard SHF'. The show is a lot of fun. Hope her figma turns out well! Though it'll probably be a while...I'd guess late 2025 or even 2026.
To be honest, I actually didn't know it was so popular/hyped. Though I guess I should have known since both SHF and figma got a hold of them, like JJK and CSM.

Yeah, I was taken aback by her having nothing since I didn't look into her at all beforehand.
Not bad but definitely could be better.

Any chance that you'd review figma Sophia F. Shirring or Veronica Sweetheart from the series Bunny Suit Planning?
Perhaps one day. Those are on my “If I see them cheap, I'll grab them” list, so not a priority for now.
wow what a fun review ..... reviews tend to get boring , but u made the video soo exciting . ill watch your reviews just for entertainment
Thank you, glad you think so. Hope the others are entertaining too! 😊
I've been...curious, does the extra feet addons from the snail figures fit Figma/SHF ankle joints? Asking for research of course

What would you say to get your figures from?

ITS OUT THANK YOU!
Her arms look like the arms from the Victory 2 Gundam
She's does look like she has chonky robo arms

Ofc the sculptures work their best to make it work and it's not easy at all... It's just a part of a silly unfunny joke.... 🏃💨

Whew banana organs still in tact
Haha, nice! And thanks for watching

baddie
Hehe
Nah her granny is a baddie
Ah yes,Momo Ayase.....i don't like her tho i may love her Granny tho 😏👌🏻
I somehow expected this 😂
She's literally a high school Gyaru...
From an overhyped anime
A figma wouldn't surprise me since Okarin got his Turbo Granny ver of that ugh....
blame shounentards why they hype this show

Not overhyped, reception is totally justified.
Ughh
