dapat mas maraming trees, and natural features. dont make it look too much like in the city, tourist there are not meant to be inside their villas but outside enjoying what nature has to offer.

hi sir, ask lang po pano nyo po ginawa pag animate sa materials like yung nag falling down sa animation in lumion? yung alam ko lang po kasi ay ang pag wa-walkthrough at pag move lang sa cars at tao sa animation. Thesis na po kasi ako this year need ko lang po magandang presentation para ma appreciate ng panelist ko sa defend. need ko po reply asap help will be much be appreciated po tnx advance.

Alam ko sa Lumion pag nag add ka ng move effect ung object parang naloloop, bumabalik sya sa starting point nya. Panu po ung mga objects nyo nag stop?

Christian Dalipe Hi! There's an existing 3 hectare reclaimed area in Coron where a tourism center was supposed to be built but due to financial and political problems, the construction stopped. So I took the opportunity to have it as my project site and thought if I concentrate all the tourism establishments in one area instead of being integrated in the town, gentrification will not happen.

I am a high schooler who wants to pursue her dreams on being an architect, and your thesis is beyond my league! Did you 'think' this creatively on building design before you went to college, or did you have to learn your amazing talent while taking the course? because if you had an idea like this when you were younger then clearly I am in no circumstance fitting to be one! XD

Hello. Yes, the poles are fixed but the restos are free to float up and down. The poles are just there to keep the lateral alignment.
ahh i see , thank you for the reply sir, seems that the bridge is attached on the restos and to the building in shore level, if the restos floats ,how about the bridges?and ,how high your finished floor line(buildings) from sea level?sorry for the numerous questions,.thank you
the bridge floats as well but it's segmented so it can follow the formation of waves. I used 1 meter above high tide sea level. Hotel rooms are located on second and higher floor.

Just curius about how did you do the 'combining effect" in the main building? Was it done at Lumion? Did you make a separated file for each parts?
Hi! sorry for late response. Yes, I exported from revit and imported them to lumion one by one per category.

Hello po! I'm a 5th year Architecture Student and yung thesis ko po is Waterfront Development din sa isang reclamation area. Tanong ko lang sa site nyo po, na-reclaim na po ba siya or project pa lang po ng government na i-reclaim?
Hi Kareen! It was already reclaimed by the past administration for a proposed tourism center project but it wasn't finished due to political issues, leaving this portion vacant for many years.
tapos pano po navideohan ung pag import nyo separately ng components? pasensya na po maraming tanong. thesis na rin kase namin now.
