- Jericoacoara is a must visit on every trip to Brazil. Whether you're a family, a couple or a lonesome backpacker; Jeri is the hippest little town in the middle of the Northern sand dunes of Brazil. We sleep in a middle class hotel with a swimming pool for a bargain, go on all the tours and see all the incredible sights. With drone images you'll see how beautiful and uncommon this landscape is. A unique place that I really want to show you guys!
We started on Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. After that you saw us in Oman, Cape Verde, Martinique, Saint Lucia, Tobago, Grenada, the Bahamas, the United States, Mexico, Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. Brazil is already our fourteenth destination. Follow us on this world tour, first in Brazil and then to many more beautiful destinations! We also cross to Asia, Oceania and Africa! Outstanding. I saw a tree like that years ago when I visited Curacao, Dutch Antilles with friends. That handsome baby boy is truly a Casanova. He is also a very good baby having fun as a tourist with his lovely parents. God bless.

I would say the tree is more likely to be called “lazy tree”, as it appears to be lying down. Direct translation is difficult, since the word Sloth and Lazy are the same in Portuguese: preguiça. It’s a medicinal plant that helps in the treatment of various respiratory diseases, also having analgesic functions. ❤️ Beautiful video
Hi Mariana! They call it the Sloth Tree, but this doesn’t necessarily refer to the animal. Sloth is also another word for laziness actually 😜 just like in Portuguese, it means the same two things. In Dutch, my language, we call it ‘luiaard’ the ‘lazy animal’ so also these words. Thanks for the compliments! Have you checked out the other Brazil videos? 😁

i don’t think there are very big hotels though, all midsize in the middle of the sand plains.

How many day in Jeri would you recommend?
Hi Hugo, I would recommend a minimum of three days for two different tours (east and west tour) and the town itself. Five days would be ideal, and a week probably too long 😉👍🏻
