This 30-Minute Fire-inspired yoga flow lead by Jade Alectra is all about Honoring Your Fire and celebrating your body, mind, soul and yoga practice. This is your time to shine, to light the fire within and work up a sweat!
This is an all-levels class. Modify and take breaks where needed.
This is DAY 20 of our ELEMENTS OF SUMMER: 30 DAYS OF MINDFUL MOVEMENT series.

I had chills, I cried, I ignited the fire.
I reaaaaaaally like her. All of her commentary is so beautiful and extremely heartfelt. The class moved a little quickly for me at times, but overall I loved it and will do it again.
Jade you are truly amazing and have found your purpose in life. Yoga is an amazing tool for your body but it becomes such a deeper practice when someone can guide you with connecting your body with your soul. Thank you for an amazing class and the words that come from your heart and into our ears. I need a guide like you. Wish I lived in LA and make you my personal trainer!! Thank you so so much

Love this class and all of your classes. But I must correct you one one thing. In this session you say “Grace is earned and not given.” The actual definition of grace is actually the opposite: “unmerited divine assistance given to humans for their regeneration or sanctification.”
Good fire flow set, but almost too much talking that it comes out wrong.Grace by definition is a gift, and never earned.
