I never even noticed that they had reunited. After their breakup they completely fell off my radar. I never really thought they'd reform, so I didn't check wether there were any news with them. So just recently this song completely hit me out of nowhere. That really was a pleasant surprise :D
they popped up a few years ago, played some Caitiff Choir anniversary shows, wrote some demos... put one of the demos out and then disappeared as quickly as they came

I was a huge fan of these guys in high school they always made me have a drive in life to keep going and working hard. When they spilt it was very heart breaking but with a return like this and being so powerful and beautiful it makes me want to drive on harder in my adult life.
That riff totally had a hint of "The Frailty of Words" in it, while the rest of the song sorta sounds like their other albums mixed together. I love it so much.

To my surprise, not only are they back together, they're also releasing an album less than a month from now!!! Don't you love it when things like this happen? Anyways, love this band.
