Not so rare but the really hot ones are extra extra wonderful! Ok I admit it I just love cute guys and cats. One of my relationship prerequisites is must love cats. The rest are honestly pretty simple.

Guess I'm too modest to compare myself with these kids :) Moreover, I haven't got any images of me holding Alvi (because he never wanted to be picked up). As I prefer to have shots of both Alvi and Cody in the 'ultimate compilation' series, it was easier to decide to skip them both in this particular case.

Great 🥰 i was a crazy cat dad myself since 1991, as a feral mom with 2 kittens changed my life. Hopefully i can be a crazy cat dad again, spoiling 1 or more shelter cats.

If somebody asks me "which cat breed is the best", i always answer "shelter cats that often are overseen by other people".

@@Alvicatchannel My first cats adopted me in the forest. Maya and her 2 kittens were my first cats ever, and Maya was a hissy feral cat! But she accepted me as a reliable food source, we established a tender friendship within 2 weeks and she had stopped hissing. As one of her kittens was very weak, she asked me for help. It ended up with a rescued 4 weeks young sweety, her sister and a mom cat that was in love with me after the rescue.
Next one was Tom, a really wild boy with huge kjitten energy, and he was 15 years old!
After Tom died in sleep, i wanted a job in the local animal shelter, in the cat house. The people there knew i couldn`t refuse to foster the most needy cat there, he was 4 years there and nobody wanted this big old boy. He was nearly 20 years old, depressed and had lost his trust in humen. He ignored me the first week at home, then he stealthy checked his new home, and at the end of the 2nd week, he came out of his cave and talked to me. They shelter vet said that he would life for only a few weeks or months, but he flourished and we had 6 1/2 happy and cuddly years together. He was big, a 9 kg lap cat.

I'm so happy that men show their love to cats either online or in general because in the past cats were stereotypically connected mostly with old women or women that live alone to whom of course cats are a great company, as for everybody that loves animals in this world!❤
I know what you mean but fortunately these stereotypes are already going to the background. Loving cats (and animals in general) is something natural no one should be shamed of... On the contrary!

I'm really feeling flattered but primarily there are very few of this kind of shots and as Cody was introduced only after Alvi died, I haven't any shots of me and Cody & Alvi together. More importantly, I think Cody should be the center of attention, not his humans. Me and Laura only appear in the videos in a supportive role, when it's really necessary for the video. Anyway.... Very puzzled. What is going on with the channel switching to using stock footage? This channel, but not this video, ranks near the top of favor YT channels. Right up there with Walter Santi. There are literally dozen upon dozen of animal channels that use stock footage and I don't subscribe to any of them. IMO, videos like this one lower the quality of the channel.
Thank you for your feedback! Every now and then we like to experiment and upload videos in a different style than usual. It's something that almost inevitably happens after uploading almost 300 videos. In this case, about using stock footage, you don't have to worry: Cody cat will always be the main charackter of this channel and we will use stock footage only very, very exceptionally, if at all.
