    These Burpees Include 4 Different Dumbbell Weights
    use weights your able to do reps with
    I’m using 40,45,50,55lb dumbbells
    The Transition Goes As Follows
    Light Weight To Heavy:
    40lbs X 4 reps
    45lbs X 3 reps
    50lbs X 2 reps
    55lbs X 1 rep
    REST 20 seconds
    Heavy To Light:
    55lbs X 1 rep
    50lbs X 2 reps
    45lbs X 3 reps
    40lbs X 4 reps
    REPEAT TILL FATIGUE AND MAKE SURE TO HYDRATE
