Zero fat, low protein, high carb 10g+ / bw kg. Losing about half a kilo a week and the gym gains are awesome. Gaining power and muscle week by week. Keep spreading the truth, its literally changing lifes for good! 🤝💪

I’m one of your calorie-counting audience, and even then, I find that the higher my carbs, the easier the calorie deficit is. Like you always say: sleep, low cortisol, and recovery rely on carb intake - and so does diet adherence. Keep spreading the good word.

If im 252 lbs, and i lose 50 lbs but im a soft flabby man it would suck. It seems like i should be cycling for traveling\lifestyle+ Resistance training for general muscle growth
You probably get more than enough protein. 40g-50g daily is already overkill even for muscle building. Just listen to Mike Mentzer advice about protein consumption for building muscle.

The people who say they can visually see how much muscle they build are the ones that clearly only gained fat. None of them still retain their abs after going about it the mainstream way. Actual muscle is mostly genetics. And why are the people who eat meat still using tons of protein shakes?
You can definitely build muscle but you'll have to make sure you take in enough energy because I know from experience that when bulking if I need +3k kcal I might under eat on a hclf diet. When I was playing around while being vegan I was even having a low protein intake by any muscle building standards (less than 100 gr of protein) as long as I had enough calories it didn't impact performance or growing and my observation is that this type of diet vegan or not is the best if you want to gain weight while limiting gaining fat. And if you aren't vegan and want to fine tune your protein intake just add some lean meat on your diet.

I think electric bikes are a perfect yin yang for regular bikes. They allow you to recover and still be outside riding.
