is this a bike race? Haven't see any bike with front suspension, will be bumpy w/o front suspension? Do not know if the trail is suitable for weekend casual ride. Nice recorded video.

This was a group ride that Strava race segments throughout the ride. I didn’t feel the need for suspension, although a lot of people struggled with the roots. It is okay for casual riders to ride this type of terrain, but it takes a lot of practice to ride loose sand.
